Excellent service. From the initial phone call with Zaid to picking up the car it was seamless and hassle free. Everything was clearly explained to me. No hidden fees or charges. Absolutely delighted with the car and the service from Moove. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking. Very professional.

As a baby Uber driver I was confused which company to contract with for rent to buy. Ammar from move has made the process very simple and transparent. What you see is what you get no hidden clauses. I was able to contract with a Tesla 3 and pickup a very clean low mileage car. Great value for money. Onboarding and fleet team made introduction to the car and collection very smooth, kas ( I hope I got the name right) handed over the Tesla and was very helpful

Don’t rent from this company this the worst Pco rental company out there, all drivers read this before you rent. This company is the most extortionate of them all. And I’d be saving you a lot of time and money.

This company charges 269.79 or round about that for a newer Tesla, which is a total of £1,079 per month, not including extra charges.
There’s an admin charge of £10 per correspondence more a less sent to you, and plus a £10 late payment fee, so even if your up to date weekly you will still pay more.

When the car is returned there is a further £240 standard charge to give it back, a minimum 6 month rental contract, the deal is very bad but you pay no deposit only plus getting a car from them.

The taxi game is based on pay per mile in all jobs, this company allows you to have 3,333 miles a month. Which isn’t enough to make more then 1000 per week, including your electric which can be pricey at times. Electric can be as expensive as £30 per charge, or £15 depending on what time you go to Tesla.so you could be spending £150 - £200 a week on electric. Once you go over the mileage cap every 100 miles is round about £10. I had months where the mileage was very high, Ofcourse I’m a driver so it’s expected, I had mileage charges of up to an extra £250 per month.

On top off that you are responsible for any repair due to wear and tear, I myself have paid for two repairs which cost about £400 in total, one of them was fixed on return they still asked for the money to fix it after I had repaired it maybe a month before when it was time to return it, this company does not cover tyres due to wear and tear, instead they have a package which is very pricey and not really worth it, they add money weekly for them to do that.

On average most drivers need to make £800-£1000 per week to get pass the mark, this company doesn’t allow that the way it’s set up. I rented there for about 7 months and paid over £12,000. The cost of this job is already high don’t do it to your self, and do your bit to educate other drivers so they don’t make the same mistakes.

It’s a rent to buy but is priced so high you could never buy this car nearly £80,000 for a £20,000 plus car. After 40,000 miles they want to charge you 10p per mile anyway and they say they take if the price of the car, you would be a slave lol, paying 10p on every mile after 40,000.

This company no matter what car it is, won’t be very good for the driver.

On top off that the customer service is awful and they are very rude, and one sided in communication.

There are better deals out there, just pay your deposit.

Very professional and helpful.
Moove understood my needs and swiftly sourced me a Kia E Niro in such a fast pace and above all there is no hidden surprises. This company offers as advertised and could not get a better deal else where! And this coming from someone who used Otto car before.

The onboarding process was smooth and the agent is very responsive and walks you through every step .

In particular it was Ammar who helped me and is always an email or phone call away for any support or help prior to onboarding and after which something other competitors are missing .

I hope to see a wider selection of cars in the near future by Moove as I plan stick with them.

Please don't trust this company, don't fall for the no deposit low rent,currently they have 360 Tesla model 3’s at risk to be taken away by creditors they have not paid for the vehicles, please have a look at company houses website the charge code is 1 3 3 7 0 8 9 3 0 0 02, I am at loss at £30,000 including my clean Air fee.

This is reply from moove is a lie, i took my vehicle from moove.uk in October 2022 and which i paid rent fully until june 2024. These outstanding charges was taken to court in February 2024. So my question here is have you refinanced my car that i've been paying for since October 2022 notifying me as your obligation to notify me.

Please stop calling it a simple loan... its a loan that Moove.uk haven't paid since 2022 and they have taken moove to court in February 2024 and they have a CCJ Charge against all vehicles and the court has granted this charge against all 360 Tesla Model 3's vehicle. Furthermore we didn't cancel the contact on mutual basses you bullied me into returning the car back by sending me aggressive abusive emails you gave me no option you didn't address no issue. Will be using review and your reply and i will be contacting trading standards.

This company is a scam. I have been in rent to buy vehicle with his company since 2022. Currently they have active charges against the rent to buy vehicles and vehicles are a risk of been taken away by Creditors. Please check Company houses website Moove UK CARCO LIMITED, There you will find a PDF document with All vehicle registrations that are Risk to be taken away. Moove has terminated my contract because I asked some questions about these charges.

This is reply from moove is a lie for two reasons,
firstly if it wasn't true why did you report my review to get removed yesterday evening,overnight trustpilot did their own investigation to check facts and reinstated this review the next day.

secondly i took my vehicle from moove.uk in October 2022 and which i paid rent fully until june 2024. These outstanding charges was taken to court in February 2024. Firm believer in, buy cheap buy twice, one of our party went with a slightly cheaper service from different provider and ended up paying double what I paid in bs fees and had a lot of head ache, moovers were brilliant, no hassle, good customer service, everything was perfect for our trip, definitely recommend ! 5*

What an amazing experience both Zaid and the rest of the team provided me. Was a fairly simple and quick process. All my documents were submitted one moment and before I could realise it I was picking up my car which was in excellent condition and was given a thorough walk through and introduction on how to operate the car I was provided with. Honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Moove and would recommend it to anybody! I couldn’t run out of good things to say about my experience

Gave the car back and everything paid ,but this company wanted to charge me for damages I haven't done mileages I have paid, if you are new to Uber and wants to drive Tesla do not rent from this company,there is more professional companies out there and also this company will take you court mooove away from this company

I rented a used vehicle from them for 7 months on the day this vehicle was given to me it smelt like cigarettes and car had no charging cable either and wasn’t clean because it was raining. When I requested them to give me a cable someone on a bicycle wearing a tracksuit brought me the charging cable. Fast forward 3 months my Uber account suddenly stops working as Uber state the documents provided by moove are forged so for 3 weeks I’m unable to work on Uber but they continue to make me pay the rent and I wasn’t getting any income. So after this experience I patiently wait till the 7 months minimum term is up to give my notice in. When I give my notice in I suddenly start getting emails every week of excess miles whereas before this there was no such emails at all so they charge me an extra 100-150 a week for excess miles without any proof. I drop the car back no damage at all washed it 30 minutes before I dropped it also and on the day of collection I was told that damage to alloys wouldn’t occur any charges bare in mind this car is already used and had 8000 miles on it before me and the previous driver had been smoking in the car and the car had small chips on the paintwork already . Now 6 weeks after the car was returned I get an email for charges to repair the car for over £800!!!! And a £50 car wash charge and more charges for excess miles. Anyone who falls for this scam just beware that once it comes to the time of you returning the car or if you need any help with documents or anything you won’t get any help and will still continue paying rent and if you anyhow argue this they will threaten you with debt collectors or to turn on an alarm in your vehicle.

I dealt with Zaid who was very helpful from beginning till I collected the car. So very happy with service I have received, definitely will recommend the company.
