Don't waste your time and money with them.

My experience with moove is nightmare and i wont recomend to anyone to hire anything from them.as they are not commited.as they said you get car in 48 hours but you wont get even in 4 months.i applied and approved.and they said first day that i will get car on 23rd august as i applied in 5th june. Than after 3 weeks i received email and the guy an**ty said sorry we cant get on 23rd august now we will delivered the car on 3rd of october. I said its fine ill still wait.but now in september on date 11 they called me and said we cant get car even on this date. i asked when i get the car and they told me. We cant give exact date it could be november or january next year.so now its all gone to 4 months from 48 hours. Bad experience. Think before going.

Would like to thank everyone in moove. From the start it was so easy dealing with everyone. Antony was the main man that helped me with everything. Literally kept me in the loop the whole time. Even collecting the car was easy.

I rent a Tesla after I hade accident not my fault I phoned same day no one pic up the phone I E mail after 3 day they E mail me back I’m sorry to say but the s… company I have 4400 pounds Uber air plans I only rent 16 weeks they took all my money I am Very upset don’t trust them 😡😡😡😡😡

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had with Moove company. From the beginning, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my perception of your services.

To start with, we agreed on a price for the vehicle, but after completing all the paperwork, I was informed that the price had increased. This sudden change left me feeling misled and frustrated. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I was offered a used Tesla for the original price. However, upon inspection, the vehicle was dirty and had a noticeable tire puncture. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing and reflected poorly on your company's standards.

Additionally, the process of resolving these issues proved to be a tedious and time-consuming endeavor. I had to write numerous emails to address the concerns and get the necessary repairs and corrections done. Moreover, I received invalid documents, further delaying the process and causing unnecessary frustration.

Furthermore, I recently renewed my PHV license and am now experiencing significant delays in obtaining the necessary documentation from your company. Despite my attempts to communicate via email, the response times have been excessively long, and it appears that my concerns are not acknowledged or given proper attention. It is disheartening to feel disregarded when providing clear instructions on what needs to be done.

Another aspect that was evident throughout my interaction with your staff was their limited experience in the private hire industry. Their lack of knowledge on how to handle situations and navigate the necessary procedures was evident and resulted in unnecessary complications and delays.

In conclusion, my overall experience with Moove Company has been highly unsatisfactory. The issues with pricing, the condition of the vehicle, communication inefficiencies, and the apparent lack of expertise in the private hire industry have left me with a negative impression of your company. I hope you take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to enhance the quality of your services.

Great experience with Moove in getting My Brand New Tesla Model 3. I was dealing with Oliver Ho from the start and he answered all my questions with ease and got my account setup very swiftly.
On the day when I received my Tesla, i was given a full demo of how the vehicle operated and put my mind to ease.

The person and document verification process was thorough, but not stressful. No credit checks that will put a form of stumbling block on the path of being accepted.
No deposit payment before the car is handed over and you are also given a week before the first payment is taken by direct debit.
Then, the team I dealt with made me very welcome and felt so relaxed from start to finish.
I would recommend anyone who can satisfy the required conditions to give it a trial, you will be convinced.

Moove is a very competitive new company that I'm super pleased with signing up to. The application process is a bit long but it's worth it in the end and I understand why it has to be done. Everyone I met or who I've spoke to at the company is very polite and helpful.

Good customer service on day of boarding. They took time to explain how to use the car.because I never drove one before. Lastly there was no down payment which is good to help struggling drivers.
