Sandy was very professional. She was very punctual, helpful, compassionate and explained the process very clearly. Although it proved not to be the best way forward for us, she was very understanding.

We were extremely pleased with the help and guidance we were given prior to opting for Equity Release. All other options we may have used were discussed fully and well. We came to this decision after thinking of down sizing but soon realised that doing so would not achieve the outcome we were looking for, which was to enjoy our retirement. Moving was untenable. We love our home and the advice we were given made the decision so easy. No pressure, just helpful and thorough advice.

I'm just a tad over 50 and never thought that I would be able to afford my own home. Gavin and Sandy went out of their way to find me a suitable mortgage and an extended term that would make it more affordable and within reach.They pushed the boundaries and made my dream come true. My advise is don't delay, as the older you get the shorter the term and the more expensive it becomes. Just go for it and chat to them. I wish I had done it sooner. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
