David was so helpful when I was remortgaging. He talked me through everything and advised on various options that we had and how all of them would affect things differently.

Richard Pomerantz helped me find a mortgage provider to remortgage my property, and switch it from a residential mortgage, which had risen in costs considerably, to a buy to let mortgage. I had tried several other mortgage providers who were unable to source this, due to my property being rented to a private sector leasing company. Richard went the extra mile in researching through the options and thanks to his obvious expert knowledge of the market, he tracked down a mortgage company, and this has saved me over £200 a month. He provided an excellent service - efficient, friendly and with good communication throughout, and I would recommend him highly.
