Mortice and Green replaced a double glazed pane in one of our sash windows, repaired a few areas of rot in the frames, replaced a couple of broken window fasteners and rebalanced a window that was not closing properly at the top. The guys who came around were very efficient, tidy and polite. They did a great job. The office staff were also very good, in particular responding quickly to emails.

The two men who fixed our sash windows were great: meticulous workers, who cleaned up after themselves every day and very nice guys, too! A very good experience, would definitely recommend.

Great experience from the start.
Matt replied to my email and suggested a site visit he came over to take measurements and told me about the 2 repair options for my old, tired sash window. Caroline was helpful with the admin and booking, and on the day I booked the repair, Christian was extremely professional and fast. He was super polite, he came on time, covered the floor with a thick linen dust sheet, plus plastic sheets around it. He reassured me all would be done and worked fine. Usually, contractors are already dirty when they arrive etc well, not this company, it is truly a luxury experience. The window worked perfectly straight away. I was over the moon, and all was back to normal with nothing to clean around. I told my neighbour already. I can't be happier to recommend this company.

Excellent job, on time, on budget, 100% tidy and to be recommended

The result was very good and I am Very pleased. I had 4 bay windows restored. They were in very much need! I couldn't have asked for a better service. The guys that came were very skilled and professional. Lovely respectful fellas.
The ends result is as if the windows are new. Draftpeoofing is great and a lovely Finnish. The Windows lift and close with ease. Im going to get the rest of ny house done after new year.

Staff were very friendly and completed the work to a high standard. They were very tidy as well, clearing away equipment and hoovering/cleaning after themselves at the end of each day.

From start to finish Mortice and Green was everything you wish from a craftsman. Professional communication, always on time, great quality window, amazing installation team who kept calm in even the most challenging situations. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace windows in their house.

Good Job!The assessor and the person who came to carry out the repair work were not only experienced, knowledgeable but also pleasant. Estimate and invoices were communicated in a timely manner and the job carried out fairly immediately. The work was carried out carefully, plenty of dust sheets, and the resulting repair looks neat and professional, really good in fact. It did however take more than one communication with company for the assessor to turn up for the initial appointments, but there was good communication from office staff.

Professional, kind and skilled

After receiving several quotes from other companies that seemed excessive for the work required, it was a pleasant surprise to get a fair quote. The work was carried quickly, efficiently, with minimum disruption by a very charming joiner.

Made an enquiry via a phone message and was called back. M&G were able to help with a top hanging casement window. Daniel visited and made a practical recommendation and the retro replacement window was manufactured and installed less than a month later. Very happy with quality and service.
