We sought quotes from several local companies, what made us choose Mortons was their longevity as a business, showroom in Dereham, staff knowledge, overall professionalism and their attention to detail.
We were kept updated regularly, the payment schedules were fair.
The fitters Darren and James did a fantastic job in searing heat and were meticulous in detail, the working area was kept spotless and they brushed up at the end of each working day.
The plasterer finished the inner roof off to perfection.
There were a couple of minor issues that Tracey sorted out immediately and we feel confident that if there are any further issues they will be rectified.
Mortons weren't the cheapest nor the dearest but we are happy we chose the best.

I had a small 'sun room' that was starting to deteriorate and I wanted to make better use of the space. I was chatting over the challenge with my hairdresser, as you do - they know everything - and through her I was introduced to Morton. I have experienced first class service and quality workmanship every step of the way, and I am delighted with the finished orangery.

First up I met Mike, who quickly produced the initial drawings. Once we had agreed the design, the price and the stage payments I did not have to wait long for the build to begin. Darren and James helped me to move my furniture, and started work. They were amazing, keeping going through cloudbursts and heatwaves. Every day they left the site clean, tidy and hazard free. Tracie was always there in the background to answer question and I had several, being a non-technical person.

Three weeks flew by and the building work was finished. Last person on site was Carl the plasterer, and he also did an excellent job.

So after sharing dozens of cups of tea and several bacon sarnies, all I have to do is get my extended flooring finished and do a spot of decorating and then I can really enjoy my orangery. This is the best room in my bungalow, and I know it has added considerable value.

If you don't know anything about building work or extensions, it's important to find a contractor in whom you can trust. I was lucky to find Morton. Price? Well I think I got value for money. It was a hassle-free job and I think I had got quality that will last. Thank you Morton Windows & Conservatories.

We used Morton after seeing our friend's finished project. We originally thought we wanted to have aluminium frames but after a good home appointment with James and a visit to the showroom we chose the Evolution range. The design process was really good and it was great to see renders before going ahead with the order. We had 2 projects, replacing windows and doors and replacing a conservatory. They were supposed to happen separately, but due to manufacturing delays we had both projects installed at the same time. The production team were really good with communicating the delays well in advance and worked really hard to get both projects finished at the same time. The installation teams were always on site early, efficient and very tidy. As with any project on an old building things didn't always go to plan but the immediate problem solving was excellent. The Evolution product looks amazing and the finish is excellent. Thank you Morton!

I’m absolutely delighted with our garden room from Mortons. The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and completely stress‑free. The team were brilliant—hard‑working, polite, and incredibly tidy. They kept me informed at every stage and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.

The finished room is even better than I expected. It is beautifully finished and blends perfectly with the house.
It’s already become our favourite room to spend time in.

From the start we were treated courteously and professionally and nothing was too much trouble, .we were given a schedule of work and the pleasant, friendly and reliable team were there every day until completion. From the outset of the concept for an extension to our bungalow, the team at Morton were enthusiastic, helpful, knowledgable and above all professional.

From the initial suggestions from their sales and design team through to the office staff and of course the building teams, nothing was left to chance. All our questions either by phone, email or in person were answered within a very short space of time.

Obviously, a lot goes on in the background during such a build but a special mention has to be made to the actual building teams that came to site everyday. Their work ethics and customer interaction was without doubt one of the many elements purchasing our Orangery through Morton confirmed our choice of company.

Very happy with our new garden room. From start to finish, staff were informative friendly and professional. We can honestly say the team were a pleasure to have around.

The quality of building has surpassed our expectations.

Spent £150k on doors and windows. Some of the doors leaked and it took 3 visits to sort out. The leaking damaged part of my brand new flooring which had to be replaced. Morton refused to pay for this damage. Would not use this company again.

We had our new Storm2 French doors fitted by Morton Windows & Conservatories back on 25 November, and we honestly couldn’t be happier.

From the start, communication was clear and friendly, and we really appreciated how patient Morton were while we worked through the details. The installation itself was excellent — Sam and Darren spent the whole day here and were absolutely brilliant. They worked so carefully, were respectful of the house, and kept everything tidy as they went.

The finished result looks fantastic and completely in keeping with our cottage — exactly what we hoped for. It’s made such a difference to the space and we’re still delighted every time we use them.

Orangery Glass Panes exploding and blowing - I have asked for this to be investigated. Ongoing now for over 6 months.

Materials are clearly not fit for their intended purpose, given that multiple panes have failed. In some cases more than once. Morton's have acknowledged issues with a batch supplied by their manufacturer.

Only one plus, the installation team were lovely. but then they have been to my house quite a few times now!

Paul, the designer, gave us clear information, and sent us details quickly. Adjustments we requested were made efficiently. Work progressed and was completed well ahead of our expected times schedule. We appreciate all the efforts of your friendly team.

Firstly the help I got right from the first day. I had complete support and help choosing doors and windows that would fit with the ones already in the house, they look amazing. James Alden who helped me put it all together was knowledgeable and extremely helpful through out. After that the Surveyor talked me through ideas and issues and helped me make decisions and was really supportive. The doors and windows themselves are really well made and fit perfectly into the house with a little help because the house is old but the look in the end has really worked thanks to Darren and Sam who put them in. I can't thank everyone at each stage enough for the outstanding service from start to finish. It would be well worth checking them out if you are needing windows doors or I imagine a conservatory.

What I really liked about Mortens was all the staff had that “old fashioned” professional but friendly courtesy from the installer formally introducing himself and quietly getting on with the job leaving no mess to the office staff providing detailed quotes and following up after the installation to ensure everything was satisfactory. A very good experience.

Fantastic service from Morton from start to finish. Kevin took our requirements and designed us the perfect garden room, Tracey was on hand to keep us up to date throughout the project as well as help with any questions that we had and all of the builders/fitters etc. were friendly and professional. They were a pleasure to have around and always left the area clean and tidy at the end of every day. Morton did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them.

The whole process was very well organised and easy. Kevin stayed in touch at every stage and Tracey kept me well informed of when the different trades were coming and everything went beautifully to plan.
