Not really a garden centre, more like a fairly expensive cafe with a shop selling plants and other garden related bits and pieces attached. The cafe is quite large and is okay but expensive. Not the sort of place for a relaxed meal but okay for a quick bite to eat.

I was there earlier this week and the staff were just absolutely incredible. They were very helpful and really ensured I felt welcome and safe. They encouraged me to return which I 100% will be doing for their delicious food but mostly for the great ambiance (a perfect place to undertake a conference call in a pinch!) and wonderful staff.

I have two Moss & Moor gift cards but due to illness I was not able to visit for a period. I called and spoke to Kevin who said someone would call me back. The following morning I received a call from Joanne advising my gift cards had expired. I discussed the detail including that Moss & Moor had received payment ( my money ) but just got a response citing gift cards had expired repeating the detail of purchase date and expiry.

Moss & Moor have had my money so very sharp practise.

The purchases I planned to make on my visit were much greater than the value of the gift cards but seems Moss & Moor don’t care and happy to snatch the cash already received as a gift to their business.

Great communication and gift card sent on time plus ease of using the website. Thank you.

Great to be able to buy gift cards for this excellent garden centre. Just disappointed that having paid for 1st class signed-for postage on 29th January it came just 1st class with no signature required so didn’t arrive till 1st February.

It's a purchase for our daughter and son in law so we've never visited in person - yet!

I didn’t get the product I wanted. The website didn’t indicate it was out of stock. I did get a refund though, but that’s not what I expected.

I needed to purchase a birthday gift for my friend - I know she likes Moss and Moor so was very pleased to hear they did gift vouchers. Ordered online & the gift voucher was delivered within a couple of days.

Bought a pair of portofino dumbeda from them and the service was wonderful

Superb company

The head waitress was incredibly rude to me. I asked for a table that I could sit under as needed to do some work on my laptop whilst I waited for my food. The restaurant was not busy and I could see plenty of small tables. She refused to sit me at a small square table as she said they had a big party due in soon and we’re going to be busy! Then under her breath she said to me this is not a workspace! What I do with my spare time whilst waiting for my food is none of her business, just as there were other solo people in their having just a coffee or reading a book. She caused a seen in front of staff members and others waiting for a table which was very embarrassing and upsetting and I had no choice but to leave! I have visited several times in past few months and witnessed this woman’s rude communication and gossiping with other staff! Why Moss & Moor want this particular staff member to be the face of the restaurant is beyond me!!

I did not know her name but wished I’d asked! This lady wore glasses and had hair tied back! I visited 1st June at 10am.
