good choice of products BUT...

good choice of products at competative prices BUT, unhelpful staff that, instead of answering my simple question, told me to contact my local mecahnic.
I thought that was pretty poor but when i googled the same tyre on their webiste, but on my phone, they had my bike actually listed as a suitable match, which suggests they just cldn't be bothered to answer my question with no good reason.
Plus they just left my purchased tyre, outside my door (i live in a high crime area of London), no packaging, no card through the door. Not impressed.

Thank you for your review.

Due to our company policy, and as to avoid any issues with whether a specific model or a specific size fits on your motorcycle, our agents can not give guarantees or advice on what model you should buy or if it is the correct size. It is because of this that we recommend that our customers double check in either their vehicle documents, local mechanic or the producer of the motorcycle for exact information.
As for the delivery we apologize for the issue that occurred. The tires should not be delivered without a person present at the address unless otherwise arranged with the courier.

Ok but late delivery

Delivery date was a day later than the notification email and the rear tyre came the following day i.e 2 days late.
otherwise everything seems fine, tyres not fitted yet.

The price of the tyre was the cheapest

The price of the tyre was the cheapest. I was informed of the transition. The delivery was held up by one day but they informed by courier email. Only fault was the nearest tyre fitters more than 30 miles away but I think it will get better. I used Dynomite motorcycles and fantastic service too. Overall.. highly recommended!

Very competitively priced tires

Very competitively priced tires which were delivered quickly. The only things which could be improved upon are the corresponding emails which were in German only. Also, the company that the tires were delivered to apparently had no notice that they were arriving and consequently didn’t know why they received them until I phoned and asked if they had got them yet.
On the whole, I would not hesitate to use moto-tires again, saving money is the name of the game, so full marks for that..!
