I think between you and Mobility Trust you have done a fantastic thing in raising the money and supplying the scooter. It's tested my patience in waiting for it but I am so happy to have it now. Thank you to everyone.

Still not completed last Monday job, not satisfaction, see attached pictures footplates obstruct front wheel.

Fabulous customer service, liaising with us and a company for power add on that they do not usually deal with. There was an issue with the product on delivery which they sorted for us with ease. Handover was good. Product is great. Thanks!

Great demonstration by Duncan . Her new wheelchair has given my wife a whole new lease of life. Absolutely life changing.

Great service all the way! Friendly and helpful receptionist, very detailed engineer home visit who went through all the options for chair and straightforward ordering.
Kept up to date on build progress. When the chair was delivered, the engineer set up everything as I wanted it and went through safety and operating procedures.

The technician was friendly and polite, he arrived on time.
He helped me to transfer and reposition equipment after he left.

Very professional, friendly throughout the process from demo to handover. The guidance, and demonstration given enabled me to make an informed choice. Once ordered was kept informed of what stage the order was at. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
