Dom at Mountainbikebitz looked after me through the ups and downs (at my end) of buying an sb5c.
In the end he worked a good deal for me and I have a lovely turquoise build with X1 / hope components.

I have just purchased a yeti frame from these guys and I must say that their service couldn't be better.i asked for a bit of advice and also requirements I needed for the frame and they answered and sorted out my questions super fast.they are such good people that I will not hesitate to use them again.

Had these guys order and build my evil undead and they were very helpful and fast and did me a great deal. After a couple of months of riding one of the smaller bearings went and within 2 days had the spare ones in my hand ready to fit to the frame at no cost to me. And it was all thanks to Dom and the team at mountainbikebitz.

A very clear and open website, easy to use and full of detail.

I wanted a Yeti SB66 RC4 frame for a custom build, so put out the E-mails to shops far and wide. These guys came up trumps. Excellent communication and knowledge of the product.

Decided i needed a Yeti SB95 after several years of riding a Yeti 575. Phoned around a few local bike shops and then spoke to Dom at Mountainbikebitz. What a nice guy, we discussed different builds and different components, i was keen on Sram XX1 but still undecided. Dom talked me through the pro's and con's and we discussed the sort of riding i do. After a good long chat decision make, SB95 in carbon, Sram XX1 with a scattering of Hopes finest.
Collection day soon arrived and i embarked on a 400 mile round trip.
I was not disappointed, Dom was not about but James looked after me, he set up the bike, made sure everything was perfect, adjusted the shocks, brake positions etc and even helped to load it into my van in the pouring rain.

Highly recommended, i will definitely be using Mountainbikebitz again.

I bought a custom build Yeti SB66 Carbon from MountainBikeBitz. Dom has a fantastic knowledge of everything bike related he and helped me spec my dream bike. When I picked up the bike his team are maticulous and you will not find greater attention to detail - they even measured to the tenth of millimetres the exact spacing between the grips and brakes!

The end to end process was superb and did not feel rushed at all. Dom was patient while I explored all options and suggested alternatives to ensure that the final build was exactly what I wanted.

I cannot recommend them high enough and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
