Nothing but amazing words from MI, quick service, amazing customer service, overall they have better customer service than even restaurants

I had a great support interactive with the Customer Support Lead Jack, He was extrememly helpfull and went out of his way to find me and get me the help I need.

The Staff member that handled my ticket and supported me was Jack. He always responded very fast, and was very kind. If you got a problem or need help, I would suggest you to reach out to Jack.

Person who assisted me never asked for any information that’s not important but straight to the details of helping. Being in a lot of different games and servers of companies I often got asked completely different stuff I asked for. Overall because of these reasons that are not only the great things I think this is 5 star service from companie.

OItz is very nice, and is very understanding. He also wants the custom to be to the liking and look very nice.

Mountain interactive is a great Roblox community that allows you to meet nice people, play 2 of their realistic-styled games. their moderation team is also trained to give you the best experience possible.

I have been playing mountain interactive games for over a year now, I started playing Perris and now LA, Mountain Interactive staff is helpful and nice, there are some people that are not that nice, but there is still bigger % of the nice people. I enjoy playing LA and I wanna thank the MI team. (Also I saw a lot of people not being happy about the moderation team, maybe MI should actually look into it?)

They are so helpful and amazing here i will always use there servers 10 -10

My original review, where I not only relayed my enjoyment of the game but also mentioned some well known yet disregarded issues with MI's games was removed for lack of a better phrasing "being a fake review"

Because yes, someone who knows of Victor Valley, has proof of purchase for lifetime premium, and was even thanked as such for purchasing in the owner reply to my review. Someone that says all that and leaves a detailed review is definitely lying on their 3 star review.

I am also not the only person to experience this, I have read another review from another user having his negative review being deleted.

I hope this new 1 star review survives long enough to be seen, and to shine a light on MI's recent uptick in scummy business practices.

The Owner David is quite a nice man, He helped me really politely and quickly he is overall a really nice guy and a really nice helpful when it comes to issues.

In my opinion, Mountain Interactive was always the BEST of the BEST games to play on roblox due to it's high roleplay simulations and experiences. In my opinion this game, is one of the best to play on.

The game is fun and has a really good icon currently. I enjoy coming home from school and spending hours playing the game. I look forward to progressing further in this community and trying to achieve more.

Mountain Interactive is a great corporation that endeavors to produce sufficient role-play material; powered on ROBLOX. Though, recent alterations in developments have significantly deteriorated the game (e.g., terrain & environment). Conclusively, the subsequent hiring of the new developers was a poor decision. Mountain Interactive is great, but possesses insufficient, substandard, and negligent development latterly, for Perris, at least.

For starters, lifetime is VERY worth it. 250 dollars for TONS of perks and EVERY insert was worth it. While I do think the pricing is high, for example Titanium is 50 dollars a month, it is understandable that roblox does not create a lot of money and takes a lot of revenue. MI takes a different approach from this by creating their own website and creating quality content and RP for us members. Not only that, as a titanium member, I've been offered a great experience and help with bugs in game, as I was once even invited into Ash's office to help fix a bug that I had reported, and they had it fixed withing a few minutes. Astounding community too, great people, and good owners. While some mishaps have occurred such as an ID verification predicament (which was reverted after strong community protest, showing they care about the community) they are a great team and make good games.

In my opinion, it was a downfall after Victor Valley. This is just my opinion though, really miss the people of Victor Valley, especially the moderation back then was awesome. Nowadays if you try to shoot one of your enemies, you would get jailed by a moderator and then they will say you committed "rdm" or something until the guy that you were roleplaying with actually say something to the moderator and then you can finally be freed. Feels like you need to clip every second of your game unless you want to get banned from an mod. I feel like the mods just fly to where they hear gunshots, and then jail the person and ask a few question, and if they don't like the answer, you're gone forever, even if you were roleplaying. Happened like 10 times to my friends. Miss the times when mods would actually play the game, instead of banning people all the time like they have a quota to reach, now I don't know if they do, but it's just messed up how much people get falsely banned and can't do anything and just gives up. Feel like the only person I can talk to in this community is kaireooo and TheHonorable. Kaireooo the goat fr.

Mountain Interactive is a roleplay game on Roblox. Yet it boasts a surprising level of realism and great little details. Someone obviously cared about the little things that go into making realistic gameplay, and it's a breath of fresh air from so many other roleplay games that fail to acknowledge this type of stuff. Where things fall short? Not too many bugs exist, which is great; however, when a bug does exist, it can be annoying. The push updates to resolve issues in the game are not as frequent as they should be, and therefore, little bugs that could be fixed for better gameplay could be avoided if new pushes came sooner rather than later. The second downfall involves the staff. The communication with the moderation team is poor; there is no obvious suggestion that player grievances are acknowledged in a timely fashion—or at all. Staff require better training to learn how to respond to players—some do not acknowledge when other players are treating people poorly—staff and players alike. Ultimately, Mountain Interactive has the potential with the mechanics to be something greater in comparison to other Roblox roleplay games. Yet with bugs and staffing failures, the player base will be slowly annoyed if not fixed sooner rather than later. It will be an easy fix for a game destined to be near the top in the Roblox roleplay genre. It will just take some time and some effort.

It's a great company that makes Roleplay game based of real life. It is really realisitic, and over well great experience. Mods are always there to help and it makes the gameplay much more great! I hope they continue their dream to make a RP game on GTA 6!❤️
