Fake review company. They post negative reviews and then ask businesses to pay money to remove them.
They even don’t give access to reply reviews there all reviews are fake from their side. And ask business to pay 4 lac per year ! They are doing fraud .

Flipkart gave me a horrible shopping experience. I ordered a refrigerator which was delivered on time under exchange. I was given a particular exchange price but after reviewing the old product the exchange price was offered less. But without my consent Flipkart deducted more money from my account. When the date was fixed for installation no one came to install and they waisted my whole day. Upon calling the customer care they are asking me to pay more for the installation. Horrible shopping experience.

This is third class company, just promoting only paid subscribers with 5 star ratings and blue tick

it a big scam they remove you review are mark it fake without any reason. When you send prof of experience than they not responce. I thing they only work for those business who use their paid plans.

They are not geniue in what they do, keeps giving positive review for a job flagged 1 star.

Very poor service and unprofessional staff
I have been using Eureka Forbes water purifier for over a year without any problem. But ever since I renewed the AMC, the purifier keeps developing issues – almost 2 complaints every month.
The main problem is the service team:
• Complaints are not attended even after 4–5 days.
• Service engineer Sathyraj made rude remarks, telling me to “throw the machine in the dustbin.”
• Another service person Vijaykumar openly said he will come “only when he is free,” which is highly unprofessional.
• Even after repeated calls to customer care, there is no proper response or solution.
This is not the level of service expected from a reputed brand like Eureka Forbes. Customers pay for AMC expecting quick response and reliable support, not negligence and disrespectful behaviour.
👉 Very disappointing experience. Unless service quality improves, I cannot recommend Eureka Forbes to anyone.

Mouth shut is bigger fraud that the complaint. Initially I thought that are not based but when I tried to make a review on bad jobs for a company the insist to give good rating. Don't believe mouth shut they are crooks and not reliable

Mouthshut is fraud Review Company first they posted fake negative reviews for my company ultradeals.in and when i contact them for review reply or business account they said pay 5L RS per year and they will remove all negative review & there team post positive review on daily basis.

Fraud company, They registered companies give bad review, most of the reviews are on negative side, there are some good reviews just to make it look genuine. When companies trying to claim the business they demand huge amount in the name of subscription. They are running a fraud among businesses.

I WAS TRYING TO OPEN SELLER ACCOUNT ON FLIPKART BUT AS THE PRODUCTS WERE NOT READY WITH SPECIFICATIONS I HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE RAISED THE TICKET AS PER THEIR PROCESS OF CLOSING ACCOUTN BUT INSPITE OF RAISING SEVERAL TICKETS EVERY TIME WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE STATING RESOLED THE ISSUE WHERE AS TILL TODAY MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CLOSED BY FLIPKART .ANY FRAUD CALLS ARE ALSO COMING ON THE NAME OF FLIPKART AND THE PEOPLES WORKING IN FLIPKART ARE NOT CO OPERATIVE THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN HARRASHING THE CUSTOMERS INSPITE OF HELPING I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM FLIPKART ASKING MY ISSUE I HAVE ELABORATE IT AND HUMBLY REQUESTED FOR CCLOSING MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY ARE SO ROBUST NOT LISTENING TO CUSTOMER VERY FRAUD PEOPLES SUCH STAFF I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCE IN ANY OTHER SUCH ONLINE SELLING PLATFORM FLIPKART MANAGEMENT HAS TO REALISE THIS ISSUES AND SHOULD TAKE STRONG ACTION OF THE CULPRITS

MouthShut.com is fully fraud customer reviews platform. They have disabled all of your postive reviews or marked as fake and give negative reviews by their own fake reviewers. After creating a bad impression of your compant they will mail you and offer there plans to remove the negative reviews.

I have proof this fake MouthShut people mailed me and offer me big budget plans to remove the negative reviews.

MouthShut.com is targeting the new small business websites by genarating bad impression.

Mouthshut is a fraud Money Hunger company, It blackmail companies to take their services or they will put fake reviews on their website. For each fake reviews on their website, they pay their employees, who use different ids to write negatively about the company they are targeting. This company belongs to fraudsters from the UK and they hamper businesses like Amazon, Flipkart, Alibaba too.

Mouthshut.com is the worst review website with least ethics.

If a user posts a negative review about your company, they will ask Rs 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs annually to archive/delete the critical review.

Also there is no option for the business owner to reply to the negative review unless u pay them Rs 2-3 lakhs.

Is this an ethical business practice? They are doing this since long and looting gullible business owners.

Speaking with the service team, I got exactly what I was looking for.

Very bad reputation, i feel sorry for their owners. Be reasonable in life we all should hold some sort of values in life.
