Great service, for all levels

Incredible customer service - always get back to you quickly and are super friendly and helpful, and have gone to extra mile to sort out pausing and postponing my membership over lock-down.

I started out just doing a free trial with MoveGB hoping to try a couple of classes but with no particular plans to consider a membership with them once the trial was up. But I loved it and quickly became a member. I've found so many brilliant yoga teachers and venues all over the city through the app that I never would have tried otherwise. Regular yoga classes on the beach looking out to sea have to be a highlight.

I've not been very well with chronic fatigue. Before I got ill I thought the only types of excercise worth doing were fast team sports, but thanks to MoveGB I've fallen in love with yoga (turns out it's not just stretching!) and it's had a really positive impact on my health. Thanks for making classes so accessible and easy to organise around commitments and location.

Great customer service - dealt with my issue quickly & efficiently. A local gym opens from 6.30am but sessions on the app were only showing from 8.00am - the person I spoke with had fixed the issue in 10 minutes, emailed me to confirm and added the desired sessions to my favorites on my account.

Great service to keep nation healthy! So many choices with flexibility of time and variety of classes. The classes are literally available from 6am till 9pm. You can decide last minute and join within half hour, especially helpful to the people who are busy and can’t plan.
No Further excuse for lack of fitness!

Having used movegb for a while before lockdown i have always rated it highly. This is only more so since forgetting to freeze my membership and then refunded me and sent me a lovely email thanking me for being a key worker. I have used the freeze option until October which they have helped me extend when I had again forgotten to do!!!

Great way of finding online workouts!
I’ve found some great classes and you’re often saving money by going through MoveGB rather than the service provider.
No limit to the area as the workouts are given live over zoom.
I don’t think I’ll be going back to the usual way of attending classes.

Brilliant service provider! There's a huge variety of activities to choose from and the booking is easy and quick. The customer service team is one of the best that I ever encountered. They are always helpful, quick and willing to find the best possible solution. Highly recommend giving it a go! :)

I signed up for a trial, service was ok. Ended up getting a membership direct with gym but still get constant spam e-mails from "Lizzie" Really annoying!!! I ended up marking them all as spam and unsubcribing. I don't need 6/7 e-mails from them a week. ANNOYING AF!

Only been using them a couple of weeks as a partner but a great company. Friendly and helpful staff from set up through to support. Had some lovely new clients booked through the system too.
