Dear MovieBox Support Team,

I am a lifetime subscriber of MovieBox Vision, but recently I have been unable to play any videos. Although I can see all the video listings, none of the videos start playing on my Android device, whether I use Wi-Fi or mobile data. This issue is also occurring on another phone using the same account.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clearing the app's cache and data
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Confirming no VPN or firewall apps are active
- Checking app permissions and date/time settings

Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and I am very concerned. It still won't work!

Can anyone help?

I've been using this app for years... On multiple devices, too. It's the best out there. You can download series (in up to 4k!) and (with an invitation code) you can create a free, or payed account. To start watching any movie you can think of, seriously. It has everything!! All packaged in an increadably streamlined and satisfying, user friendly app.
10/10 Reccomend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - AVOID!

Company is chinese based, with chinese cdn/servers.
Subtitle issues, low bitrate movies all over the place, buffering and freezing due to bad servers.

use stremio instead its free and actually works MBP is a terrible service and isnt worth the money.

Honestly it's an amazing platform because it aggregates all the content of the other platforms. I'm also able to download content in different formats. Subtitles are readily available and speeds are reasonable.

Absolutely useless unless you want to watch a tv series, none of the films are uploaded even after digital release. I’ve payed to watch films on this app & can’t watch any looked at a film from 4 years ago and that’s not even uploaded 100% it’s only 97% I seriously want a refund, what’s the point in paying for something that can’t be used, this app is as useful as a condom with the tip cut off 😡🤬

I’ve been using moviebox pro for years on and off . My friend sent me a code and decided to pay month to month after 6 months I paid the year. That’s when things got weird they kept disconnecting my account to my email and then said I didn’t use that email. Today I just realized after they cut off my account they released my email and username to the dark web/ found out on Gmail as I disconnected all 3rd party connections — movie box pro was connected. I thought I loved it but I love protecting my information first. I used vpns on and off. TURN ON DARK WEB MONITORING // GMAIL— see for yourself!!

Thankful for this. A lot being censored and removed in my country. So having everything in one place is great.
