DO NOT ORDER. 300£ on flowers and champagne. Delivered without the champagne!

This follows a review I did yesterday. Further inspection of 2 of the 3 inner pots reveals the top has been cut off all round. This explains the split all down the side of one and the appalling state of the inner pot that contained the peace lily. The moss on the top of the inner pot I was not allowed to inspect recently would probably have covered this. It surprises me that they can’t get inner pots that fit as other stores can. It also surprises me that whoever makes the outer pots doesn’t make them a size that easier accommodates an inner pot.

Avoid this Company at all costs!

They delivered the wrong flowers with the wrong card addressed to the wrong person-! When i called they offered £25 vouchers and said they would deliver in afternoon- this was at about 10am- by 5pm nothing had come so i told them to cancel order and issue a refund- sometime after 7pm delivery was attempted which i refused
I chased them for refund and they said they would only refund delivery charge quoting me small print in their terms and conditions!!
They are expensive but i thought a reputable old established company— however they are scoundrels and should be avoided AT ALL COSTS!!!

Thought I’d treat myself to a nice bunch of flowers to mark the end of my maternity leave and daughter turning one. The flowers arrived a day early despite being able to select a delivery date (delivery cost at £8.50) and half the bunch wilted/looked weeks old within 2/3 days. Really disappointing. Customer service were polite and responsive and offered to refund the delivery (yet to receive) but said there was nothing they could do about the flowers (in terms of refund or replacement) because I didn’t flag within 24hrs of receiving them as per their T&Cs. They offered store credit however I can’t see myself buying again given the above so declined it. Bit baffling that 24hrs is the expected shelf life.

Three weeks later and still waiting for the agreed refund to be processed. Chased multiple times but no luck

I have used this company a few times over the last 3 years however recently an order I placed for wine and champagne was wrongly packaged and the incorrect champagne sent. As well as them sending me a blanc and not a rose I have called 7 times asking them to rectify this with no result or call back. I called again today and was told to email but told due to the time that’s elapsed they can’t track who I spoke to etc etc. very very upset at spending close to £180 that this company is so keen to just send me on my way. Not very pleased at all

I bought a lovely bouquet (or so I thought) for Mother’s Day, and what arrived was absolutely dismal. When I reached out to the team, they told me that the image on the website was showcasing the deluxe bouquet rather than the regular which is what I had ordered. However, when clicking the regular option, the same image comes up. I am hugely disappointed in this brand and will never order from them again and given that the bouquet I ordered was over £100. I am absolutely gobsmacked as to how they can treat their customers like this. Awful. Do not order from this company. I would have been better off buying flowers from Moonpig.

I received Mothers Day flowers from my daughters on Sunday, saw they were dying on Tuesday and photographed them, by Wednesday morning they are thrown out. A very expensive bouquet lasted two days. They will not consider this an issue because I did not raise the complaint in 24 hours, effectively they guarantee this high price item for 24 hours. Never again and they claim to be sorry ! They claim to want to help in any way they can except in providing fresh flowers to make the recipient feel better not worse, but still insist they want to help ! they have seen the pictures and this has no effect. Would not ever use them again. Between my daughter and her husband they bought three bouquets.

What a mess. Ruined Mother's Day for us. Didn't deliver in the day. Driver blatantly lied and said couldn't get "access" to the property. Unclear as to what he meant because we live in a house with a front porch. No camera evidence of so called attempt at delivery. Then said they would deliver the following day. No sign of flowers. Over £120 for a bouquet + delivery.

I don't mind the expense but I do mind my wife not getting flowers on Mother's Day from her children. These guys should be out of business. A big con.

My husband ordered deluxe bouquet, champagnes and chocolate, spend about 500£ pounds and the bouquet look different, not like on pictures. I read the care instruction, re-cut steams, put in bowl with fresh water and next day this flowers looks like i’ve got them already for 1 week ( so sad. They got beautiful choice of flowers but i’m not recommend.

Ordered flowers for my mother in law to be delivered on Mother’s Day and unfortunately they didn’t arrive. I actually ordered and paid for them weeks ago and therefore there should be no excuse for this lack of service.
I called twice and asked for an update but the lady who took the call (Angel) didn’t have a clue where the flowers were and said she’d call me back…she didn’t. So I called again 2 hours later and she said again that she had no idea where the flowers were and that she’d see if she could get them delivered tomorrow 11th March. I told her that 11th March wasn’t Mother’s Day and…today is…and that tomorrow wouldn’t be acceptable. She said she’d call me back with an update….she didn’t. Quite frankly this is the worst service I have received from a florist anywhere and how they are appointed to our Royal Family I will never know! I am very lucky that my mother in law is so laid back..she deserved a lovely bouquet and didn’t receive one! Will never use again.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day - photo on the website showed a bouquet bursting with lilac, peach and pink roses, stocks etc. The bouquet that arrived was at least 50% filler foliage. Honestly local supermarket bunches look better for a third of the price. Save your money - I wish I had!

I purchased three orchids for gifting, each priced at £150. Despite adhering to the care instructions, all plants perished within six to eight weeks. My attempts to contact the seller multiple times were initially ignored. When I finally received a response, the communication lacked the professionalism and courtesy expected; I was essentially told "tough luck" without a direct phone conversation. This experience was thoroughly disappointing and unacceptable.

AVOID delivery with them - they completely messed up the delivery of two bouquets to the same address in Notting Hill and even faked a signature!

I like(d) the shop in Belgravia but forget about delivery.

I am very upset as the idea of surprising female colleagues on International Women's Day was destroyed.

I have no more trust in that company.

It seems the online/delivery operation is really letting the business down at the moment. The flowers and service I've received in my local store has always been exemplary, but I recently tried ordering online for the first time and suffered all the issues reported by other users - nothing like photos, flowers died within days, no delivery updates, bad customer service when complaining. I'd encourage unhappy customers to assert their consumer rights as you may eventually receive a refund.

Boyfriend bought 2 planters with multiple orchids and both died very quickly. They have done nothing about it. We asked that they take them back to examine and radio silence

I agree with the previous reviews. I won’t be using the company again.
I asked for the flowers to be delivered on the morning of the 15th Feb before 12 for a 60th celebratory birthday.
The flowers weren’t dispatched ‘till late afternoon, There was a caveat on the tracking saying there was no guarantee that the flowers would be delivered on the time you paid for and could take a couple of days to be delivered!! How is it acceptable for perishable items to be dispatched in this way??

I didn't received my flower on 14 February, My husband ordered morning delivery and placed the order on 10/02/24!!!!. My experience with receptionist was terrible, she just hung up on me. Nobody has answered to my email and no refund. Avoid this company

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Valentines Day. Didn't turn up. Emailed them, called them - nothing. Then receive an email the next day saying they were out for delivery.... I rang immediately and said don't bother, please cancel them as I had, had to go out and get some more flowers for Valentines Day, so no longer required them. The lady I spoke to was fairly rude and said she would let the delivery driver know and investigate why they were not delivered at all on the actual day. Heard nothing, and, lo and behold, the flowers were delivered, left on the doorstep..... So called again, saying why have you delivered them - different lady this time... had no idea what I was talking about. Insisted I take a picture to prove they had been delivered. Have used Moyses for years and they are normally excellent. However, will not use them again.... customer service is terrible and didn't get the flowers when I needed them. Not good enough.

I paid for a morning delivery for Valentine’s flowers. After repeatedly trying to get through to them by phone (their voice mailbox was full and can’t accept messages) because by 3pm there was no sign of my delivery, I finally got through to someone. I enquired after my order to which she informed me my order was assigned to a driver but not out for delivery yet. I asked how can they charge for a service that they can’t provide and she very quickly quoted their T&Cs that they can’t promise a morning delivery. This is false advertising! I won’t be using Moyses Stevens again and I would advise anyone to think about using their service to spend their money elsewhere. There are many, more professional florists in London.
