Excellent service and communication. We got a bed for each of our 2 labs, our son has one for his lab and we were interested. So we got them and they love them. One had recently had some surgery & was a little restless, after a few minutes to get used to it, we couldn’t get him off it to go to bed!
The other is anxious & fear reactive & we couldn’t stop him getting on our bed at night, now he prefers his new bed, he still comes up with us but not half as much & we get to stretch our legs. Great start, long may it continue

I have been a customer now for some years and I have always found the products to be exactly as advertised of excellent quality and a good price. Delivery has always been fast and I have never had any issues nor have I ever needed to return an item. As I write this my dog is asleep on his new anxiety relieving bed and if his contented snores are anything to go by it is a great success and if he is happy then so am I.

My dog loves these products. Good quality and very comfortable and easy to clean.

Both the bed and the sofa cover are well used by my Labrador, she finds both very comfortable and she is immediately settled

Good customer service. Plenty of communication via emails to keep delivery up to date.
I now have a happy dog, who quickly snuggled onto his new bed.

Good communucation, speedy delivery, great product, takes a bit to fluff everything up, but well worth the effort my springer loves it, finds it very comforting like a big cuddle.. would recommend, have washed it twice, still great condition... thanks guys..👍😀

This is the 3rd dog bed I've bought from Mr Fluffy Friend My two sausage dogs adore their new new calming Dog Cushion one has been poorly after horrible cancer treatments so it's been a joy watching him snuggle into it so happily. You often find him lying on his back with paws in the air snoozing. A great business, fabulous products at great prices. I can't recommend them enough!

Tay laid down on his new bed and sprawled out and was gone I got xl as my dog is a border collie cross Labrador it’s nice to here him snore x

Our Boo is a pretty laid back pooch and not particularly in need of ‘calming’ beds but as he gets older I have found he has really enjoyed his soft donut, sofa and now chair cover (all Mrfluffyfriend) which both saves your furniture and gives him that soft bed feeling of security he gets in his donut (he likes to both sofa surf and floor snooze) - all great products , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

The bed is great and my dog, after a few false starts, loves it.
I was a tad perturbed when it first arrived as it was vacuum packed into a tiny cube and the cushions felt very lumpy when opened. Customer support was very helpful, advising me to put it in a warm room and fluff frequently over 24 hours. As promised it turned into a lovely fluffy bed. My dog settles in it happily at night. He even carries the little pillow around the house to snuggle.

My wee dog Teddy really enjoys his bed. He gets hours of enjoyment from the bed.

I purchased two beds , they seem good so far & the animals look comfortable.

As a returning customer, was bitterly disappointed with my latest purchase of an XL bed, and response from the company. Having previously bought a Large bed, which is absolutely brilliant in all respects I thought, with 3 cats that like to snuggle in together, the XL would give them a bit more room - but sadly you cannot compare the two beds! Unlike the Large bed, the XL has no foam element to the stuffing, resulting in no side support whatsoever and a bed that resembles more of a pancake than doughnut. I did highlight the issue with the company (thinking I may have had a duff one) but, after 4 weeks of waiting for an update have been offered 15% compensation as a gesture of goodwill. I can therefore only assume the XL bed is not expected to be the same quality as the L! For the Large bed I previously gave 5 stars, however for the XL can give no more than 3 stars, as does not remotely match the advertised quality - but at least you can remove the cover to access the inner, so should be able to add more filling to make it usable! If rating the response from the Mr FluffyFriend Team would only be 2 stars. Such a shame as, until this latest experience, I thought I had found a really good product and company to deal with. So is now really disapointing and feel let down.

There was a bit of a wait for the beds to be delivered but my two Working Cocker Spaniels think that heaven has arrived! We followed (clear and friendly) instructions to give the beds time to regenerate (24/48 hours) after their vacuum packed journey and this appears to have been good advice. The beds are obviously very warm and comfortable with very adequate perimeter support.

My Labrador just loves his new bed. I didn't measure up before I ordered it, which I should have done as its big!

I bought the anxiety blanket for my Great dane, Daisy as she was traumatised we had moved house. the difference was amazing she soon was calm and safe, so I ordered another bigger one and that had the same result. I told a friend and she ordered a bed.
customer service for both of us was great.

I have bought 3 dog beds from this company. My 3 dogs just love them. Excellent quality and washable covers. Arrived when said.
