Boutique peu fiable et manquant


Boutique peu fiable et manquant sérieusement de professionnalisme.

Commande effectuée le 13 février avec un délai annoncé de 14 jours. À ce jour, le 12 mars, la commande est toujours indiquée comme étant en production, sans aucune date de livraison confirmée.

Le service client ne répond ni aux mails, ni aux relances. Impossible donc d’obtenir la moindre information concernant l’avancement de la commande.

De plus, j’ai reçu par mail des informations concernant une autre commande ainsi que des données personnelles appartenant à un autre client. Cela montre clairement qu’aucune vérification sérieuse n’est faite avant l’envoi des emails, ce qui est trÚs préoccupant concernant la gestion des données personnelles.

Tout cela donne fortement l’impression d’une entreprise faisant du dropshipping, avec des délais de production abusifs et un service client inexistant.

Au vu de mon expérience, le sérieux de cette entreprise est fortement à remettre en question.

13/01/2026 – Mise à jour : commande annulée sans prévenir et sans réel motif, ce qui confirme malheureusement le manque de sérieux de cette boutique.

We are sorry that there has been a delay with your order and that you are dissatisfied with our service.

After reviewing your order, we would like to clarify the timeline:
Your order was placed on February 13. The production approval for your patches was given on February 18. As stated on our website, the production time is 14 business days from production approval.

This means the planned completion of production was March 10. At the time of your message on March 12, production was therefore two business days beyond the stated production time. This delay is due to the currently very high order volume.

We have also reviewed your entire email correspondence. According to our records, all of your inquiries were answered.

We would also like to clarify that MrPatch is not a dropshipping company, as you suggested. Our products are individually manufactured.

As our support team already informed you by email, your patches would have been shipped tomorrow.

However, since you appear to be dissatisfied with our company, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this case.

Excellent patch quality, but repeated broken delivery promises and poor communication

The product quality is genuinely good, and that’s the only reason this isn’t a complete loss. Unfortunately, delivery reliability and communication have been consistently poor. Timelines change repeatedly, promised dispatch dates are not met, and we often receive updates only after we follow up. Delays are not communicated proactively, which makes it impossible to plan and undermines our commitments to our own customers.
What makes it unacceptable is that after the delivery promise has been missed repeatedly (now for the sixth time), our follow-up messages have simply been ignored with no response at all.
Good patches — but low reliability and minimal communication make this supplier hard to trust.

Genau wie ich es wollte

Alles perfekt. Die Seite ist schnell und einfach, alle Optionen und Möglichkeiten auszuwÀhlen und gÃŒnstiger als andere Anbieter. Das Ergebnis ist so wie die Vorlage. Das Erstellen ging sehr schnell und kam schnell bei mir an. Großartig, immer wieder Mr.patch.

Excellent support

Totally overwhelming support via email with mrpatch team. We needed some patches for our youth camp within 3 weeks. The patches arrived 4 days before the camp started, which was absolutely amazing! Thank you for your services.
