What an Excellent Morning doing my Rally Driving Experience with the MSV RallyMaster Team at Oulton Park special Mention to Jack Leese Superb Instructor and Simon Hunter for his clear briefing before i took the wheel. #RallyMaster #MSV #OultonPark

Was a good track day, everything went smoothly and the customer service is quick regarding photos.

Overall, a very underwhelming experience- £27 entry fee on the gate (I'm aware it was £23 pre-booked), was quite steep, so was expecting value for money. What we got was effectively a standard club meeting, with around 4 rows of American vehicles on display and a dodgy looking axe-throwing experience on the back of a truck.There was absolutely 0 trade stands or stalls to look around, and apart from a play park, nothing for the kids either. Food was the usual MSV 're-mortgage your home' type value, so would advise taking some sort of pack up with you. 5 'Nascars' for the demo was disappointing, although the Nascar Truck was definitely worth a listen! The Legends cars and some Caterham races did give this review an extra star (although I'm not sure how a Caterham qualifies as 'American). Overall very flat experience, and i can't help feeling somewhat short-changed. The ticket price certainly needs to be reviewed, or the event needs a re-think to justify the gate price.

Good day on track at snetterton apart from works caterham team bullying us around paddock taking all the space and moving into my garage before I had left.Parked so close I couldn't get out.

Laura the Retail Sales Executive went above and beyond to help me yesterday sort tickets out for this weekend.
She was extremely helpful and professional and is a credit to the company.

Mac young drive. My daughter had been going four years the instructors there made it really fun. Had a driving up to 88 miles an hour over rumble strips 3.10 emergency brakes and even reversing round the little track set and then all of a sudden they get a new instructor who likes the sound of his own voice spends five minutes of my daughter‘s time in the driver seat overloading with information to my disabled daughter and apparently the fastest I can go now is 40 miles an hour and all he did was let her drive round constantly to her to slow down and watch this and watch that I’m going through cone so you pay £115 to drive round at 40 miles an hour no more than that and go through cones how on earth is that supposed to be fun? Let alone setting up for driving on roads. No accountability of the previous instructors had set up as routine for my daughter now isolating even more as we will no longer be attending absolutely disgusting the amount of money they’ve had out of us.

Over £5 for a weak tepid cup of coffee… Raving great. Feedback to let MSV you are not looking after your customers well

British Super bike at Brands once again produces the highest class domestic racing and is a brilliant spectacle of modern motorsport. However here comes the criticism. Sitting at my favourite spot Clear ways one screen on the South Bank doesn’t cut it.
Two more smaller screens are needed one opposite Paddock Hill and one opposite Clark & Clear ways the one screen can’t be seen from these very popular locations. Due to this being a motorcycle event a dedicated motorcycle exit from the parking adjacent to the main entrance. I felt for the poor guy stood sentry at the gap in the fence by the shuttle bus. The main entrance could be used more effectively allowing bikes to flow out easily in both directions not being sent one way in the direction you don’t want to go. Living in West London Thruxton, although being 80 miles away is a lot easier to attend time wise and has screens everywhere. After 40 years of brands attendance I’m coming away with a sour taste after the event. Due to the excellent TV coverage i won’t be attending again until this changes I know I’m only one person but that’s my two pence worth.

Due to my wife having health issues, getting to the track days I purchased with MSV.com,sometim3s presented a logistic problem.
I went into great detail about my problems, and MSV were able to find a solution that really helped me.
So at last I am able to re-start my quest for a license.
So it's a big thank you to MSV, and the helpful staff at their Oulton Park track.
Really looking forward to seeing you all again.

Since MSV took over, the place has valued money over motorsports massively and it shows. We attended JDM JAM and holy hell where do I begin.
Car clubs were moved places, blue gate was told to arrive at 7:30 or 8:00, red gate was told to arrive at 8:00 or 7:30, they didn't say where in the window to put the entry pass, they ILLEGALLY required a carer to put in extra work to buy a ticket and contact head office in order to get a refund (which we did by the way but failed to get a response) which is undue hardship on a disabled patron, which is a crime. On the gate we were separated from our club so we could sort it at the ticket office. Once we returned with a place holder ticket the gate lady didn't even bother to scan it and waved us through, which she could have done to begin with but just decided to waste both our time following an illegal "company policy." Half a cup of coffee was £4. HALF A DAMN CUP!? WHERE WAS THE REST!?
there was zero indication on the website on where to pick up the day's program and when we did find it, the program itself was vague, confusing and wrong. There was a single onsite food facility which was overpriced and only served an extremely limited "menu" zero food and drink stands, zero clear signage both outside and inside the venue. It's pathetic. Do better. It completely ruined the day.

So to sum up, they committed a crime against a disabled person, Scammed us for amenities, and failed in every aspect of communication from signage to emails, from gate staff to the program.

Utterly disgusting.

After receiving no replies to emails I telephoned and discovered that they had an issue with some emails. A lovely lady called Laura then took the reigns and helped me complete an order and made the IT guy aware of the email issue. Although we missed one race weekend due to Laura's help we are now on track for another race weekend.
All I can suggest is that if you do not get any reply within 24 hours try telephoning because the staff do want to help and sometimes even with the best intentions emails can go wrong.

What an amazing fun experience with Mud Master. BRILLIANT. My instructer, Carl was excellent and delivered such fun. Some of the hills were insane but Carl gave excellent guidance and took me through the most insane tracks, water and mud that I would never believe even a Land Rover could manage. Absolutely amazing and many many thanks to Carl, An amazing and brilliant time. Thank you!

A fantastic mornings Rally driving at Brans Hatch with the team from MSV.
All the staff were friendly and extremely professional.
My instructor was brilliant. He was clearly enthusiastic and loved his job. I dont think I've ever learned so much or laughed so much while trying to learn a new skill.
Booking online was a breeze.
I recived an email the day before with excellent easy to follow instructions.
I've attended a number of driving experiences. MSV was definitely the best by miles

Just tried to cancel my husbands 4x4 experience this Sunday as my husband has the flu maybe covid. They want a doctors note to move the day. Great customer service

SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE
I purchased 3 x tickets costing £99.00 for myself, my son and my friend for the BTCC avent at Snetterton circuit on 14th of August 2022, unfortunately my son contracted covid so was unable to attend, I sent an email to MSV who replied as follows.

Thanks for letting us know.
Race meeting tickets aren’t refundable for any reason (other than total cancellation of the event itself). We may be able to offer a credit to your MSV account to cover this ticket, but will require proof of the positive test, please. This will need to be the confirmatory email you receive from the NHS once you’ve uploaded the result.

This is far from good customer service and to add insult to injury the two of us who were able to attend were at no time asked to show our tickets, we just walked in with thousands of others, no ticket checks and no ticket sales, so if you attended without a ticket you would get in free of charge.

After some initial communication problems, which were rather frustrating. The MSV team pulled out all the stops to make sure the merchandise I ordered as a Christmas present arrived before the big day. Many thanks.

I attended the MSV Brands Hatch Rally experience over the bank holiday weekend and I had the best time! The Senior Instructor, Ken, took me out as a member of the team had not arrived for work that day. I appreciated him stepping in so that I wasn't cancelled. Great leadership. He was knowledgeable and talented and helped me to get the best out of my experience. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for something different to a normal 'track day'.

I went for the BMW M4 experience at Brands Hatch and it was brilliant from start to finish. You had a briefing and de-brief with your host every session and they always had time to answer your questions or chat about the session. The professional coaches were very good always encouraging you to get the most out of the session with constant feedback with every lap. The feeling of going so fast was incredible and I was able to buy a photo of me driving the car through the MSV media team.

Your friends and family members can also watch at a couple of vantage points as well as get some food and drinks from the cafe.

This is the second time of me doing this experience and I will do it again.

I booked a 2 day package at brands hatch h for myself and my son for 11th and 12th May 2024 and unfortunately my 93 year old father has been taken to hospital and requested transfer of tickets to October and was told need to provide hospital letter for tickets to be transferred. I am not prepared to waste NHS staff time when they have more important things to do. Where had common sense and customer gone. Upset will ne er attend brands hatch again. Will probably not attend Btcc events in the future.

This review is the trackside package upgrade. The circuit is great and we spent the previous day in Knickerbrook, highly recommend. If you're thinking of booking this upgrade don't. Firstly, there is no designated parking. Fair enough but you're not told that and we only just got into the main car park on time.

This is a small room with 4 tables for approx. 28 people. we were on one of the front tables view below. The only clear view of the track is the front 4 seats, all you could watch from the back is the TV.

I have a gluten intolerance and was told to report it to staff on arrival. You would think no one had attended with an intolerance / allergy before and after many conversations they managed to put together a sandwich and cake. I would say all the staff are very lovely and professional. The catering manager told me that they have tried several different layouts in this suite but people always complain.

We had to ask for the WIFI code, only found the bar when we went to the loo and had to ask for bottled water, which we were told we would get.

The food is bland beige at best and trying to be too fancy. All this for £129 each.

I did look in the platinum lounge and this has more space and staggered tables. You also get a hot meal. If you are one of the tables at the front then the view of the track is good.

I have complained, as I suspect most of the people except the front 4 will. Pure greed on the part of MSV.
