Great service from start to finish. Ordered a personalised Ark for a one year old boy - which was a huge hit! A bright, colourful and well-made piece. Considering it was personalised, my order arrived earlier than expected and it was beautifully wrapped!

Product exactly as described

After receiving a rag doll for my great granddaughter with her name on the dress I was very disappointed with the finish of the stitching. However I emailed Mulberry and Tanya was brilliant. I sent photos and a replacement dress is on its way. Well done and thank you Tanya.
