Items were delivered late and a number were damaged, despite expensive packing and transport charges. They even managed to damage metallic vases and candle stands. And the founder's subsequent emails in response to the complaint were disgraceful, using phrases like:
"My men dont pack goods badly , they have a good reputation and do a quality job"
" I knew I would have trouble with you from the word go."
"Despite being assured of a maximum delivery period of one month, my items were delivered nearly two months later.------- There are no guarantees, MH terms and conditions outline this."

We used Murray Harper to move a full house of goods (furniture , china , ''the kitchen sink'' ) from Spain to the UK. Noting, its was and still is a difficult time to manage this, as we could not be in Spain to ''supervise'' (COVID restrictions).
Matthew was very helpful in making sure we had correct papers in place to bring goods to UK without problems.
We did have a ''reasonable'' list of all larger items but a couple of things were left behind, possibly as much our fault in not communicating clearly enough (phone calls difficult to packers due to reception issues). Howeve,r these were put on another truck and delivered.
I am happy to say the overall move was very successful, nothing major damaged and all was well packed for the trip.

All e-mails were responded to quickly - would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My parents used this company 20 years ago when we first moved to spain, now am finally moving into my first apartment with my brand new furniture and used Murray Harper. They have been absolutely incredible picked up my items from a shop with only 1 days notice. I will recommend this company to family and friends without a doubt. Thank you For being so helpful and taking the stress out a very special moment

I used MH to relocate furniture and belongings no longer needed from Estepona to SE UK, about 1/2 a large van load. No problems, the boys picked up from our flat in mid-December and all duly arrived at our house in UK 20th january(I told them no urgency anyway) . No damage at all, door to door service. The storage facility in Estepona is dry, secure and easy to access for my paperwork.Reasonable cost for door to door and am thinking of getting my old car sent over too. Would recommend.

Unreliable and untrustworthy. Appalling service. Set up a collection and delivery from UK to Spain months in advance. One week before collection I was informed they couldn't fit me in. No notice given. I had to call the company. No apology. Rubbish. Don't use.
