Outstanding Umrah Experience with Excellent Service!

Our recent Umrah trip in October 2024 was nothing short of amazing, and it was made even more special by the seamless arrangements provided. The hotels were incredibly comfortable, located conveniently close to both Haram in Makkah and Masjid Nabawi in Madinah, allowing us to focus on our prayers without worrying about logistics. The transport services were punctual and stress-free, ensuring smooth travel between Jeddah airport and in Madinah Haram to the airport.

A special mention to our travel advisor Haris, whose guidance and meticulous planning made the entire journey so easy for us. Haris provided amazing communication throughout the process of booking our umrah trip.Haris was always available to answer questions, provide tips, and offer support, which truly enhanced our spiritual experience. His attention to detail and care for our comfort was truly commendable.

We boom our first umrah (Alhumdulilah)with muslim holy travel with 4 kids age 4,7,12 and 13. It was the best experience and the ULFAT Ali gives the good package include pick drop from airport to ziyarats as well.we stayed in emar grand in makkah hotel was good only thing it doesnt have any taxi service on Ibrahim khalil road as it was always restricted so even kids tired a but they have to walk despite.other was we book two rooms as family of 6 but was given on different floors .In madinah we stayed in emar mektaan family suite it was very nice and also 8-9mins walk from masjide nabwi.ziyarats mens and transport for both makkah and madinah was really good .overall trip was good .ulfat bhai been in touch during all the trip and been helpful .

the hotels were walking distance just as we wanted and the drivers were trustworthy with mainly woman travelling, we felt very safe Alhamdullilah.. would definitely book with them again in the near future.. Ulfat Ali did a great job 👍🤩

I booked my tickets with muslim Holy ullfat ali the best think I did ullfat ali looked after us kept on texting right till the end .I would recommend highly to book with them .the taxi compney that he gave for my ziyara were the best the drivers went beyond to help. Were ever so nice made sure we were comfortable.

Very good overall service.The agency was always available if there was any enquiries. The hotels booked were superb too. In Makkah it was emaar grand maktan hotel on Ibrahim Khalil road ( 4*) approximately 12-17 mins walk to the haram and in Medina it was emaar maktan hotel(3*) approximately 7 mins walk to masjid un Nabi. The taxi service was good too. It was very easy to communicate. the main thing for me was that we were able to contact the agency when needed and they were quick to respond. My flight to Jeddah was delayed I contacted the agency and they had informed the taxi company and they came to collect us from the airport on time.

I booked a trip for myself and my family with Haider. The experience from start to end was fantastic!

Haider checked in on is during out trip to make sure everything was going well and remind us he was available if we needed any support.

The hotels and transfers were great.

i swear by the lord of the kaaba and i raise my hands to invoke the curse of Allah upon the liar . im ready to make mubaahalah with them in front of the kaaba ! these people are professional scammers who will raise the prices after taking the bulk of the money .. leaving you helpless . , look properly at all reviews and on trust pilot website . dig a little deeper , research properly !!!

Avoid the scamers,especially Rebbeca !!! That horrible woman tried to stolen £ 2200 from us, she is a big liar. This "business" should be close down ASAP!!!

We used Muslim Holy Travel to book our umrah trip. We were looked after by Haider who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our package. There were 12 of us travelling including young children and elderly. He accommodated for us all and ensure the hotels and transfers were suitable.
The hotels exceeded my expectations, they were close to the haram. The transfers and ziyarats were punctual. This is the second time my family have travelled with them and we will most definitely be booking with them again. Thank you so much

We just got back from Umrah Alhamdulillah, from start to end Moeez was dealing with our bookings and he arranged everything for us, it was such a great experience for us and he was best. Just a little feedback,in Makkah we stayed at Anjum, everything's been brilliant but room was too small for 4 persons, it should've been a quad room but it was a double room with 2 extra bed, there wasn't enough space to move around or pray ( if you are not well) . We had Haram view room so didn't complaint. In Medinah we stayed in Emaar Elite, I wouldn't stay there again, room was quite spacious but breakfast was very basic and food quality was very bad. It was very near to ladies gate but you have to go 40/45 mins early to get a space in the Masjid. I would rather stay on other end near 22 or 32. But Alhamdulillah for everything, it's just a feedback for my fellow brother or sisters. I would definitely use Muslim Holy Travel again and already have recommended to my family and friends.

I have used Muslims Holy Travel on multiple occasions. Generally a reliable service. I was particularity impressed with the transfers very flexible and worked around my needs.

I just came from umra Ramadan 2024. It was great. Location of the hotesl was great. One of their staff tanveer very helpful and patient.

Got back from umrah about 3 weeks now and it was a pleasant experience Alhamdulillah. Madiha handled the bookings and communications professionally.

NB: If you're from a third world country, i'd suggest you try acquire the visa on your own as there tends to be issues with the agencies acquiring them. jazakullahu khayran
