We and a family of 5 and went to Umrah over Christmas holidays 2023 and returned in Jan 2024. From the beginning there seemed to be regularly misinformation and misunderstanding on their part. They were pushy for payments and gave us wrong information. I had i initally looked around and decided to go with this company because I liked the location and the size of the hitel rooms, so decided those were the ones I wanted. I booked in April for our December trip (7months in advance). 2 weeks before travel I contacted the agents as they had not contacted regarding the details I needed for the trip. I was told that the agent would call me the following week. After chasing them for around a week, I got hold of them 3 days before we were to leave and it turns out that only Makkah hotel had been booked and not Madina as apparently Madina don't do Friday bookings?? (When in Madina, I asked the hotel and they said this was not true!! Also they only found this out 3 days before we were going to travel???????)
So I said that's fine we will go Thursday. But then he told us there was no space in that hotel anymore apparently as clearly the agent had not booked the hotel we paid them for. I was understandably angry with this as we had paid well in advance and they had messed up. The agent blamed the vendor and said it was not his fault!!
He offered an alternative hotel which I did not like. He said there is another option. I liked that location so I asked him to book that one BUT he said I would have to pay £200 MORE!!! It was his mistake why should I pay more. I refused and said I would look around. After looking I found that due to busy Christmas holiday period everywhere was booked. The agent said I will give you money you find a hotel. Reluctantly my husband didn't want us to be without a hotel especially with 3 young kids so we paid although the agent should have paid as it was their fault!!
After a week in Makkah, we travelled to Madina. 2 of my children had a fever when we travelled to Madina and just wanted to go to sleep at the hotel. On arrival we found out that our booking had been cancelled at this SECOND hotel which we had paid an extra £200 for!!
We sat in reception for 2 and half hours with 2 ill children with a high fever and the best the agent could do was to offer me a refund knowing that there were no hotels available. I was fuming! He expected me to take my luggage and ill children and search around Madina for a hotel and 11 o'clock at night!!!!
I told him this was unacceptable and that he would have to find a replacement hotel. We kept getting told don't worry we will sort it!! Seriously!! Messed up on 2 hotel already and we've paid extra and they were telling us not or worry.
We were eventually found a hotel room which was considerably smaller than what we had paid for. I contacted the agent and told him we were not happy with the room it was too cramped and we were having to climb over the luggage to squeeze in and out. The agent said he paid extra to get us this hotel which I do not believe and to be honest isn't my problem anyway as its yet again their mistake. He said the room is the best and After that we had no contact from the agent.
No apology, no compensation, no care that they caused so much stressed over those few weeks regarding their incompetence to book the selected hotels!
We paid for a good hotel, then paid extra for a closer and better hotel bith hitel were selected for their room size and after all that got stuck in a small room which normally accommodates 2 beds but for the busy period had 4 beds squashed into a small space!!!!!
It ruined our travel experience and I would advise you not to book with them. Especially if you are travelling with children or elderly.
Shocking work ethic!

They kept in touch with us during our trip. My dad is 87 years old. If there was even a mistake, it would have been very difficult for me. So now I want to go to Durbah soon with the same company.

Had a very good umrah package from Mr Ulfat Ali. Everything was just as described. Hotels were close by and had good service. He arranged my visas and tickets, also transport in Saudi. There was no hassle. I will b using Muslim Holy Travel again for future travels inshallah

AMAZING travel! Catered to every need and want for my trip to ummrah. As it was my first trip i was nervous about the airline and hotel and how i will travel inbetween cities but the agency went above and beyond. Our agent Ulfat was very patient and very understanding and catered to everything as i mentioned. A very trust worthy travel agency no scammers no fake documents ALL legit alhamdulilah

It is a good experience. Particularly, Ulfat Ali is very helpful. They arranged the trip well.

Had a very good experience with this company.I went for Umrah and and a trip to Egypt along with my wife. It was arranged by Ulfat sahib of Muslim holy travel.Everything went very smoothly and we had a pleasant trip.Air line and flights were all on time and hotels were very nice and had great locations. Must thank Ulfat sahib for his helpfulness and guidance.

Service was very good in muslim holy travel . Mr Harris was efficient and kind and patient with us and provided excellent service. I would recommend 10/10

Overall travel was satisfactory and my desire was fulfilled apart from Madinah Hotel. It was so poor quality, low managed and standard was too low. Although staff were more approached and they knew what their limits as well.
From London service provider, Madiha was fantastic, helpful and well presented. I got my most information through her. I wouldn't mind to recommend them going forward.

The Agent that attended to my booking was Mr Haris he was extremely helpful,attentive to all of my queries and concerns.

No matter what the hour was,Haris attended to every question and ensured that my family Umrah Trip was perfect.

It most definitely was,each hotel was exquisite along with the transport.

I am quiet a meticulous individual and honestly I cannot fault anything.

I have just completed a booking for 6 nights Umrah travelling in December. Ashir was extremely responsive and helpful and looking at alterative dates, and duration stays.

I got my Visa Flight/Hotel confirmations within 24hrs of progressing my enquiry to paying for the package.

Update: 30/12/2023

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

I write this as I am returning back from Saudi Arabia.

4 points to note.

Booking. Paid for 6 nights including Flights & Hotels £1350.00.

What did i get? Well the flights were booked, so there was bo obvious fraud or malicious act in that regard. But suspiciously the booking was made for a child? I don't know if this wad another cost cutting short cut but beware with ad I elaborate the specifics.

Hotels; Sidratul Aaliya Golden Hotel in madinah is what was booked for me allegedly. I turned up after travelling for 20+ hours to find that the hotel wad closed, shut down! And this was at 5am in the morning. I wad stranded in what I can only describe as rundown residential neighbourhood.

I struggled around anf found a room at a hostel come Hotel called Hotel Dair Taiba and paid out of my own pocket

Makkah: Voco Hotel was what wad booked for me allegedly, but on my second day in Madinah I called ahead to the Voco inadvance to confirm the reservation and they had no record what so ever. All the references I provided to them Brough up nothing on thr system.

So I had to spend half of my second day in Madinah trying to book a hotel for myself in Makkahbfor 3 nights and ended up paying again outbof pocket close to £400 to stay at 3 points Musalli Hotel some 30mins walk from the Haram.

All on all I incurred additional costs of £700 for the accommodation I paid for myself anf the travel costs between the Masjifs and Hotels.

I called the very first day I arrived and left several messages for Ashir who handled my booking. I provided video and picture evidence of the hotel that was shutdown in madinah and I left a final message on Tuesday the 26th of December after I confirmed that i didn't have a reservation with Voco Hotel in Makkah.

I can't stress enough how disgusting this behaviour has been. Alhamdulilah I retained my composure and focused on what I came to do and that was to complete umrah.

I never once raised my voice or left any disrespectful messages on my communications to Ashir, but am not supprised to say I havent heard back from yet and my trip is now complete.

I will be seeking legal action for the breach of contract and will seek redress for the financial and emotional distress I experienced.

But beyond that I am writing this update to warn everyone thinking about bookimg with this company to avoid them at all costs, I won't wish experience on my worst enemy.

To Ashir and the rest of the people of this company I admonish you publicly and remind you all to fear Allah SWT and correct yourselves. Whether through malicious frausently intent to defraud people or through just sheerl incompetent and recklessness you performance show that you have no business whatsoever organising umrah or god forbid Hajj tours for Muhrims.

We did Umrah through Muslims Holy Travels and had an amazing experience. Both Awais and Ashir were really helpful throughout the process and most importantly very responsive.
I have heard so many horror stories about Umrah travel companies but I was pleased at every step.
Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Muslims Holy Travels.
