We called My Plumber out last week to do a boiler service and were very impressed with the level of service that we received. The chap who came to us was Steven, he completed the task competently and efficiently and I would highly recommend him.

I've used this company for the last three or four years for an initial boiler installation and subsequent services and LL gas safety checks. Admin has always been prompt and efficient and the engineers polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I will certainly be using them again.

We have to get our office drains rodded on a regular basis and I am pleased to say myplumber have provided a reliable and professional service. We'll definitely be using them again, and would be happy to recommend them.

We used MyPlumber for the first time to carry out various plumbing work and were pleased with the quality of their work, their reliability and their professional approach. There were a number of problems with some re-tiling work, which was sub-contracted by MyPlumber, but these were resolved quickly and without question to our satisfaction.
We would use MyPlumber again and recommend them to our friends.

I needed to recall My Plumber to fix a recurrent problem they'd tackled before. There was no haggling or defensiveness; just a speedy, efficient responsive and a determination to sort out the problem. We've now cracked it and I'm very pleased with the results. It's lovely to deal with a company who are quick to act and who take responsibility for their work. Eugene has been a regular visitor to our home and we're very pleased with his care, effort and determination to fix (and explain) what's going on.

This is the second house and second boiler we have had to buy in Chiswick. We used My Plumber last time and this time around we got several quotes. My Plumber weren't the cheapest but weren't the most expensive either by some way. They did a superb job on time, on budget and with no mess. I couldn't fault them. It felt like they were genuinely pleased that we were a repeat customer. Great value for money and very professional and friendly service. Highly recommended.

I have used my plumber on several occasions over the past two years, from installing a boiler to putting in a new bath tub. The plumbers are extremely friendly and honest. All work is done to a high standard and I have complete faith in the workmanship.

We have used MyPlumber for our office/home and at 15 rental properties we run. They carried out our annual boiler services and the safety checks, repairing the leaking flues, radiator valves and fixing broken heating systems. They have been quick to take action to fix the issues so it made our life much easier when dealing with our tenants. We also called them a couple of times for advice on how to clean the central heating system, what product to use or what were the recent regulations with the flue access panels etc. and found them extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have never posted a review before. I am doing so because I think My Plumber deserve it. I have used (been with them) for several years. Always competitive, friendly, fast responding and happy to go the extra mile. What else do you need?

A really first class comapny!

I have used My Plumber on a regular basis for the past three years and have found their engineers extremely professional, reliable and efficient, while the work they have carried out for me has consistently been to the highest standard. The office staff are equally commendable, and always make sure appointments run like clockwork.

Great service when my boiler broke, my plumber not only fixed the issue but spent time giving me options to replace the boiler in the future. Very friendly, informative plumber and all round great service from the whole team.

We have been using the company for about 2 years now and we were very pleased with the service, quick and professional approach, friendly and very helpful team of people. I would definitely recommend to everyone and want to thank them for the job they have done for us.

We have used My Plumber for many years now, both at our own home and at two rental properties we let. They have done everything from boiler services, fitting new taps and mending broken loo flushes to installing new basins, fixing broken heating systems and tidying crazy pipe work. The office team are always easy to reach and quick to get one of the guys on site, which has been great, especially when dealing with tenants. On site the guys always turn up on time and get on with the job professionally, clearly explaining what needs doing and any options, and tidying up well afterwards. They have been willing to go the extra mile sourcing hard-to-track-down replacements for unusual taps etc. Well done My Plumber - you remain our go-to team for heating and plumbing.

I used my plumber originally when considerable work was needed on my boiler. They were fast, friendly and very clear and upfront in what both did and importantly didn't need to be carried out immediately. The work was fast and efficient and all the team from the guys on site to the office team helpful and friendly. Have now chosen them to carry out annual services and as always they are a pleasure to deal with.

'My Plumber' helped us to understand the choices available to us as we needed to replace an ancient boiler and recommission our central heatng system, parts of which hadn't been used for years. They patiently talked us through our choices and helped us to come ot the right decisions, within budget. The works progresed well and 'My Plumber' trades people always kept their appointments and worked tidily and with great skill and competence. Any difficulties were quickly ironed out and we were left very happy with their work. We can recommend them without hestiation - great people to have on your side.

Having been the victim of a fraudulent builder which was a very expensive mistake, our dealings with My Plumber have been stress free. They manage projects well, are fairly priced and pleasant to deal with. We are about to use them again and will keep their number stuck to the fridge for sometime to come. Its a shame that you have to be so concerned about the general honesty of tradespeople these days. This service just gives you some reasurrance that you'll get a decent, timely job done without any problems.

I've used My Plumber for all kinds of things....some plumbing many not! Most recently they changed an entire toilet fixture for me....a delicate operation as we'd recently had the bathroom re-done and I was anxious that tiling might get broken and there were no 'spares'. I neednt have worried...the job was done with professionalism and delicacy and went as smoothly as silk....one happy customer!
