Waiting, keep waiting and waiting
Maybe fantastic if you can keep waiting. Everything was referred to Fantastic Services and you can't have their immediate feedback. You can't reach any of their staff calling their hotline, and you have to wait for two hours in their live chat and you turned out get a short and not meaningful reply.
We had an plumbing inspection for a quotation. The staff was professional and told us he may need 3 days for the works. We felt a little bit long but it's still fine. We told him to give us a quotation ASAP and we still have to wait for days on the quotation. Lack of efficiency is the only conclusion we have.
We turned out using other service provider. We just needed to make a call and we had our men within 24 hours.
Find someone else if you can't wait.

A textbook turnaround
The first plumber supplied was a complete cowboy. Unresponsive at first, he eventually appeared to do a two day job on two central heating systems. He made a monumental mess and disappeared after two days leaving one job not started and the other unfinished, he was unresponsive to requests to finish. I would regard my plumber a no go company for any plumbing work. If you decide to employ them do not pay anything up front.
**** An update to this and why I have upped the rating. Subsequent to everything going wrong on this job, the company investigated and has gone out of their way to address the situation and rectify things speedily and to the best of their ability. I can say that this is a very positive result and I am pleased with the outcome. The second plumber who visited was knowledgeable, personable and very clean in his work. I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.

Sadly it's so hard in this day & age to find a company that offers excellent service but My Plumber is one of those rare beasts. I've used them for 3 years now & the staff I've dealt with (Kathryn & Drew) could not be more friendly & helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Electrician arrived within time slot…
Electrician arrived within time slot and replaced the fixture with a better one. Completed the work quickly and efficiently and I received a rebate on the original payment due to availability of replacement part. Absolutely no complaints.

Annual gas boiler inspection
Had a 10am visit today at W4 2SA for the annual gas boiler (Vailant) inspection. The agent was punctual, smartly dressed, friendly and efficient. Very Covid-conscious and acted accordingly. Highly recommended.
