From start to finish MyAmplifiers were there with helpful advice, which made sure I bought the right system for what I needed. The LCD-300GD (1800MHz+2100MHz) with upgraded cables they supplied has managed to capture a very poor signal - barely one bar on a mobile phone, only by a window, and convert that to a full signal. There are at least three bars and an adequate 4G signal all over the house. Close to the repeater aerial there is a full 5 bar signal. Christine guided me through how to identify my existing signal strength and frequencies and produced a tailored package which has worked beyond my wildest imagination. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their excellent equipment. Thank you.

Suite à une erreur de commande, j'ai contacté le site afin de changer de produit.
pour ce faire j'ai étais accompagné par Catherine pour choisir l'ampli le plus adapté à ma situation ainsi que pour les démarches d'échange.
en 1 semaine tout était réglé, et je peux maintenant profiter d'une connexion stable et plus rapide.

Recu un service impeccable de l'équipe technique et de la représentante Charlotte. Il ont su m'aider à résoudre des problèmes de départ afin d'augmenter la performance de mon amplificateur de signal mobile.

Etant en zone blanche, j'ai opté pour un amplificateur de signal, depuis maintenant plus de 20 ans.
Myamplifiers a toujours été à mon écoute, proposé le bon modèle, et a une politique commerciale honnête avec ses clients.
Encore dernièrement reprenant à sa charge les frais de douane , le matériel arrivant direct de Chine

J’ai acheté un amplificateur pour ma maison de campagne en Italie. Cela n’a pas fonctionné du premier coup mais laissez-moi vous dire que le service après vente ne ma jamais laissé tomber.
Je recommande sans hésiter

j'ai acquis cet équipement pour l'Italie. technicien à l'écoute. très réactif et sérieux.
Alex est vraiment une personne rassurante et est capable de lever les doutes.

Achat d'un amplificateur. Commande reçue dans les délais. Mais j'ai choisi le mauvais amplificateur, après un échange par mail, j'ai retourné l'amplificateur et MyAmplifiers m'a renvoyé celui me correspondant le mieux et il fonctionne impeccablement. Très bon contact avec le service après-vente.

bonjour, situé en région défavorisée en réception ( tél et internet) sud de l'espagne l'apport de l'amplificateur permet désormais une amélioration de 30%+- suffisante pour rester en liaison avec l'opérateur. de 0 à 1,2 pas de miracle mais ça permet de téléphoner sans avoir à se déplacer à 100m de la maison pour une hypothétique liaison ; je recommande sans état d'âme

J'ai installé un amplificateur 5G selon les conseils de Marina. Je suis très satisfait des résultats obtenus. Capte très bien la 5G Installation très facile.
en conclusion tout est parfait et je conseille myamplifiers.

Je suis tout à fait satisfait d'avoir choisi My Amplifiers ; d'abord parce que j'ai obtenu toutes les informations nécessaires à la bonne compréhension du système, informations fournies rapidement et aimablement, enfin parce qu'en respectant les conseils, tout fonctionne parfaitement, je vois réellement la différence. C'est parfait.

I've bought two amplifiers from Myamplifiers for two different houses and used their technical support chat on both occasions as it's a minefield trying to figure out what you need in terms of all the 3G,4G etc. Both times they were brilliant to deal with and spent 20-30mins reviewing my needs, helping me check the strength of signals in my area and recommending the right model to go with. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
