MyAmplifiers provide an efficient and effective all-round service from sales to support and are quick to reply to any requests. From technical questions to a hardware issue with a 4G amlplifier, the technical assistance and diagnostic was fast and the replacement received within 2 weeks. The customer service is always polite and they go out of their way to provide excellent service. I highly recommend MyAmplifiers for their trustworthiness and excellent service.

I have just moved to the Tesco mobile service. They currently do not support WIFI calling. As I live away from a mobile mask, this was going to cause me a problem. With your system I can now use my mobile anywhere in the house.
I just plugged it all in and now have a great quality signal.

Au début de l'installation, mon téléphone ne recevait pas le signal amplifié, j'ai fait appel au support technique qui m'a guidé tout au long du paramétrage jusqu'au résultat final où tout a marché parfaitement. Ph Guadeloupe

je n'avais pas reseau à l'intérieur de la maison et un pas de débit internet
j'ai installé un routeur 4 G pour internet et il me fallait une antenne extérieure pour augmenter le débit et une antenne avec ampli pour le tel mobile
j'ai été trés bien renseigné et accompagné pour installer le matèriel reçu tres rapidement 5 jours
l'antenne reçue n'étant pas assez puissante
j'ai reçu gracieusement une seconde antenne dans les 4 jours et tout marche bien

Ordered the Equipment and it arrived promply. Unfortunately the signal strengh could not be improved in our situation so made contact to return the boxed up kit. Spoke to a customer service adviser who refered me onto the email contact. After repeated requests for a return address & proceedure for a refund (as per the 30 day Money back statement) we are still waiting for a reply as they are stalling. They do not seem to honour this so called 30 day money back Guarantee! I shall be taking to more social media platforms if they do not give me a full refund.

Update: Now had full refund and they paid for the shipping and organised collection.

Yeah, the package contained some missing items, which prevented the installation from proceeding. However, Catherine has been so kind and helpful by ensuring the replacement items are delivered to the specified address as soon as possible. Again, she has been so nice by offering to extend the return period on the purchased item.

J'ai acheté mon antenne GSM en août 2019, j'ai soumis mes soucis et grâce à leurs conseils je suis monté sur le toit, ai fait quelques alignements et ça fonctionne à nouveau. We did not have any reception in the house in France. Now we have 3G. This has meant we can buy on line and deal with the bank with verification codes. This has made such a difference and Alice has been very helpful. So good to speak to a real person! Brilliant.

J'ai acheté cet ampli car ma box 4G avait du mal à dépasser 1.5Mbs. Une fois l'antenne installée à l'extérieur, le débit moyen est monté à 18-20Mbs en download et autant en upload!! Les iPhones sont enfin utilisables à l'intérieur de la maison, ils captent le maximum de barres au lieu de zéro!
J'avais fait une pré-selection d'amplis sur le site myamplifiers.com, mais heureusement, j'ai demandé conseil avant de commander car j'avais commis une erreur. A bon entendeur..
La commande a été faite le 09/06, expédiée le 10 et livrée le 15: pas mal pour un colis venant de Chine... Je recommande aussi ce vendeur car le support technique est compétent et il assure le SAV dans votre langue ;o)

Mi sono trovato benissimo con il team di questo sito. Hanno trovato la giusta soluzione alle mie esigenze e mi hanno seguito passo passo. Consiglio sicuramente!!

J'ai acheté l'amplificateur LCD250-GSM+4g, qui m'a été recommandé par l'operatrice My amplifiers.com, pour Bouygues telecom.
L'amplificateur fonctionne parfaitement. J'ai encore un petit souci pour une réception internet correcte, mais suis persuadée que le support technique m'apportera la solution à mon problème.
Support technique et commercial d'ailleurs toujours à l'écoute, serviable et joignable. Ils sont disponible pour résoudre les problèmes de connection ou de fonctionnement et m'ont apporté une solution à mon problème de frais bancaire.
Je recommande ce site. Leur support téléphonique est vraiment bon. Nous ne somme pas livré à nous même, après notre achat.

Toutes mes félicitations et remerciements à la Société MyAmplifiers tout d'abord à Alex à l'accueil et à Marina et Catherine au SAV et service clients pour leur qualité d'écoute, leur patience et bienveillance et pour la satisfaction qu'elles m'ont donné concernant le matériel proposé qui me satisfait pleinement, d'autant plus que j'avais auparavant contacté 4 entreprises qui n'ont pas pu résoudre mon problème de réseau téléphone mobile et internet.
Je ne peux que recommander cette Société pour la qualité et la diversité de leurs appareils permettant de trouver une solution valable. Antoine LP

Excellent service from start to finish….would recommend anyone looking at buying.

I had some trouble setting everything up but as I am a private individual and not a company that is to be expected. The technical support has been excellent with email response within 24 hours each time. Eventually we found out I had the wrong unit and they exchanged without any problems for the right one. Special mention to Catherine V who has been very good, polite and helpful
