From start to finish Lucy was so helpful. I have ordered two frames so far, and have been thrilled with them. A wedding frame Lucy made was the happy couples best favourite present! Lucy listened to what I was asking for and will ask for more information if she needs it to ensure the end product is professional and personalised. High quality, nothing is impossible! This is my 5th frame ordered from Lucy. I found her on an online search for unique personalised gifts. I have never been disappointed and the people receiving the gift just love the frame. I have always sent lucy a picture of the people etc for whom the gift is for and let her work her magic. The last frame i ordered was out of this world, I was so overwhelmed by the additional detail she put into the frame and how she captured my brother's family spot on. No reasonable request seems a problem for lucy. It is easy she puts her heart and soul into each frame. I feel her prices are very reasonable for the high quality of product received. I most definitely, highly recommend my brick box and will be putting in some orders for Christmas gifts fairly soon.

Amazing gift idea. I ordered a graduation frame for my daughter and It was delivered within 2 weeks. My daughter loves it more than her degree, she actually cried when she opened it. Very well made, service is outstanding will buy from them again and again. Seller responds to emails promptly and is very very helpful.
