Given Corelogic takes it's data direct from actual house sales, your review is the only thing that is "wildly inaccurate". Maybe try being a little less negative in life, it would be much better for you.

It is very hard as a Merchant when you offer an explanation to then be trashed with a 1 star review. It is a very tricky time at the moment with the run on silver and gold due to the rapidly rising prices. Computer systems are not perfect snd some times fail and humans have to pick up the pieces.
