At first I was unable to access my deposit as I had changed my email but after just a short 5 minutes talking with Armani, I was able to rectify this and get my deposit back almost instantly into my bank account. Fabulous service!

I phoned with a query about my tenancy deposit- I’m a tenant and was lucky enough to speak with Nic. My goodness she was amazing!! Very knowledgeable, supportive and took time to listen to me without talking over me or judging. She was so helpful when I was feeling very lost and discouraged!
She put so much information into an e mail for me that she guided me through speaking to the other two deposit scheme agencies.
I couldn’t rate this woman higher! I wish everyone I spoke to on the phone was Nic! Thank you very very much

I was heartbroken at their decision today despite having before and after pictures they sided with the Landlord, they are actually help my landlord to steal my money
Stay clear of this people they are not fair in any sense

Great customer service !!! contact mydeposits now and again for help and each time the operators are so helpful it makes a refreshing change to my day!! they are not only understanding but extremely polite and professional and never put me on hold because they don't know the answer. mydeposit scheme is easy to use once you get the help to show you around.

The customer service I received was second to none. Benjamin was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He understood my issue immediately and resolved it quickly. He guided me through the entire process from start to finish, staying on the phone to ensure everything was completed and to confirm that my issue had been fully resolved.

Benjamin was also very personable and is a real credit to the organisation.

I called for clearification on steps to follow and Claire-Louise support today was helpful. Explained things they way i understood them better. Happy i did get such assistance from her.

I spoke with Nic today regarding a deposit which is held by my estate agent. My agent had given me totally inaccurate information and Nic was able to guide me through my next steps to resolve my problem. Nic was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with her, she is a credit to her company.
