perfect location, 3 minutes walk from small koundouraki, the house was very nice and clean with fully equipped kitchen....very kind people

Honestly, I have never felt so violated by a service provider! I have never written a review other than a favorable one. I dislike resorting to public postings, but anyone considering utilizing this company must read this. We rented this alleged 8BR villa to celebrate my 6oth birthday with our children and grandchildren - 16 people at a considerable expense of approximately $50,000 - that is 4X the average wage in Greece. Problems from the start - only wire transfer in Euros accepted; wrong banking information provided. Then, I asked for assistance with transportation - the quote was $1,000 per DAY (not week) for 2 vans on call for only 12 hours of the day. Ridiculous - a total scam we learned when we arrived as finding a reputable driver for each ride was fairly simple. Then, I requested a quote for a chef prepared meal - $950 WITHOUT FOOD for 16 people for a barbeque. The website showed beautiful photos but neglected to note that the villa was actually 4 separate villas each with 4 bedrooms and we would only be renting two of the villas. There was no internal access between the two villas. Also, the pool was only accessible from the main (food and drink) level by going down the internal stairs and out one of the bedrooms. Inconvenient to say the least. Further, the amenities listed for the villa were inaccurate - no gym, no barbeque, no washer dryer. Towels were not changed daily and some of the bathrooms smelled like sewer gas. The main refrigerator never worked and our perishable food went bad. This despite several calls and assurances that it was fixed. Similarly, the villa was delivered without propane gas to serve the stove so we could not use it initially. The housekeeper never cleaned the kitchen; to make it worse, they didn't even provide dishtowels so that we could do it ourselves. Two of our children woke one day to see the gardener peering into their bedroom while allegedly fixing the shutters - at 8:15 am! The housekeepers and the groundskeeper showed up randomly and without notice. The groundskeeper was painting exterior surfaces white while we had young children roaming around - who does that? We were promised "complimentary" transfers from the airport but the driver demanded to be paid. Workers left smoked cigarettes in an ashtray inside the home. We have rented villas all over the world and never experienced anything like this.

Potential renters - you are better off in a hotel!

The work of the agency was bad.
For any reasons we , mostly received not correct information, better to say , simple lie. It was a shame with check out & with the transfer. & so on.
We’ll never be back & we’ll put the information in social nets. BR.

Our experience with Mykonos Luxury was absolutely perfect. We had a yacht for 8 hours and it was the most amazing day we could have asked for. Captain Giorgos and Dimitris made it so special and we can't thank them enough for our trip. The organisation of the day was brilliant, the food made by Claudia was spectacular and the trip around Mykonos was definitely one to remember forever. Thank you very much, Mykonos Luxury, for your hospitality and for making our Mykonos trip an unforgettable memory.

My family came to Mykonos, Greece for mine and my wife's 20 year anniversary, and it was a total nightmare - these guys dropped my family and I off in the middle of nowhere, and we had to figure out how to navigate to our villa, kids in tow, with multiple pieces of big luggage.

Once we arrived, the villa was a disaster. They tout "luxury villas" - this was nowhere nothing close to luxury. There's a half-finished structure next to it, trash and debris strewn throughout the property, plaster/paint was chipping off the wall in multiple spots, the air conditioner was broken and shoved into a closet and replaced with a fan; this was a disaster!

This was not luxury - this was an old, dilapidated villa that your retired Grandmother might live in.

I called Kosta to see if he could help, and he came back soon enough with no options, no other places to move us, and no offer for recompense - although, the CEO invite us to come eat and drink with him, on him of course!, to make up for it... you've got to be kidding me.

I pushed back for a better resolution, something... 30 minutes later I call them back, and was told there are no other options, sorry, deal with it. I then ask for a refund, and I'll go find my own place. Kosta tells me he will escalate to the Managing Director/CEO.

30 mins later, I call back... nothing, he says he'll come me back in 30 minutes. 40 minutes later, no call, I call him back. He says that the CEO has refused my refund, there are no other properties, and they have nothing they can do for me.

Unbelievable.

Avoid these guys, and any properties they may manage! They are scammers.

Stunning villa, very well equipped with a nice view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Well suited for a big group of people. I definitely recommend this villa.

I had one of the best experiences ever. Mykonos.luxury have one of the best teams ever. They have helped me make amazing memories that I will cherish for life. The Villa in which I stayed was so peaceful that I didn't want to leave it.

Without doubt one of the favorite places I have ever stayed! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Chris and his staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with their tips on how to get the best of our time in Mykonos.
The Villa that we stayed in was awesome. The views spectacular, no words can really depict this immense blue. The only downside was that the holiday ended and we had to leave this magical place…we will be back soon though.
Anyways, thanks a lot for all the beautiful memories and the hospitality that we felt staying in one of your villas, it was really worth it.

I love Mykonos and Greece in general!!! It's definitely THE iconic summer destination in South Eastern Europe; a paradise of pleasure, relaxation, adventure, hospitality and fun. I've visited Greece many times in the past 10 years. I thought it was amazing and couldn't get better until I discovered Mykonos Luxury - without a doubt the most avant-garde, high-end and contemporary luxury service provider in Mykonos. This company knows how to deliver even the most mundane and eccentric requests, which I had a few :-)). Their dedication to making sure my vacation in Greece, Mykonos in particilar, was only exceptional but also adventurous and worth every second, knocked me out of my socks!
In short, try their service...need a gorgeous villa, to rent a private jet or helicopter, plan an event of any scale, VIP hospitality, top notch concierge service, yacht, unique experiences, you name it, they will deliver. Worth it and you're worth it! Kudos ML and thank you for your professionalism.

Chris ist ein toller Gastgeber, und er hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Villa hatte 5 Schlafzimmer, einen traumhaften Pool und einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Meer, so wie beschrieben. Ausserdem war die Villa sehr sauper, komfortabel und Chic. Das familiären Frühstück war einzigartig. Zum Frühstück gab es frisches Obst, Bagels und andere leckere Sachen. Der Kaffee zählt zu den besten, die wir auf Mykonos jemals getrunken haben. Der Flughafen war ca 10 min von der traumhaften Villa entfernt. Wir werden das nächste Jahr wieder Mykonos besuchen und Chris als Gastgeber bevorzugen.
