Myluxgembag has great items! I have ordered several items from them, and I am always impressed by the quality of their bags. I once had questions before ordering and they were very responsive so I felt confident about my order!

The communication was amazing. I knew exactly when my bags were shipped and was able to track them the entire time. The bags an absolutely. So much so, I went back and ordered more. Had no issues whatsoever! Can’t wait to order again

I was very nervous ordering through MGB, but they didn't disappoint! The quality of my CC travel bag is EXCEPTIONAL! Rich butter leather and quality hardware! I have already ordered more!

This purse is such a great find! The design is sleek and versatile, and it holds everything I need without feeling heavy. The material feels high-quality and holds its shape well. It was also packaged so nicely. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The company was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I received my purchase. Definitely recommend!

I have made 3 purchases so far. 2 have been great, one had some flaws. When the flaws were addressed , they made it right. I would recommend and I would purchase again. They do take time to arrive since they have to go through customs. So expect at least a three week wait time .

🔴 If I could, I'd give them negative stars. I'm completely appalled by the poor, cheap quality of the bag I received from MYLUXGEMBAG. The product arrived after a 2-month wait with significant damage, including markings, lines, and breaks in the material. The packaging was inadequate, and it doesn't even resemble the original photos.

The proposed solutions from customer service are unacceptable and don't address my concerns. Despite multiple emails, the issue remains unresolved. I'm extremely disappointed and regret my purchase.

I won't be making future purchases from this company and strongly advise others to avoid it due to the poor product quality and lack of satisfactory customer support. 👎

Easy to use great selection

I ordered the XL Chanel bag on my first order. Let me say the bag is absolutely stunning! It is so versatile. I am travelling currently and used it to bring my laptop and heaps of other things as carry on. The bag and contents fit nicely under the seat in front. Postage was quick to Australia and communication was excellent. I have just placed a 2nd order.

I would give them a negative star if I could . I bought their master quality and received cheap products that looked nothing like what was advertised. One was suppose to be leather came in a cheap canvas , the other had a peeling and damaged bag, and the 3rd was a completely different bag than I ordered and looked cheap. I spent over 1500 for theee bags and Customer service said it would be 80 dollars per bag to return them .

CSK243984 purchased 12/23/25...Still waiting on my items. First told delivery date of 1/8/26, then told items lost by customs but will be reshipped. After several apologies #lies was told my reorder was shipped and would receive in a few weeks, now as recent as 2/15/26 Im being told their warehouse is being relocated and no shipments will be sent until after 2/24/26. Total SCAM - They will bury you with apology emails and excuses and tell you your item was lost but will reship order and offer a complimentary bag of your choosing from their website equal to value of what you ordered due to slow shipping to give you hope of receiving your items, only to tell you they can't offer a complimentary bag.

I purchased a bag back in late December of 2025. I was continuously reaching out for an update on my order. They would reply stating my order is expected to arrive between December 26th and January 6th. I still have not received the item that I fully paid for. When I continued to reach out for an update since the arrival date had surpassed, their reply was that is was simply due to the season and that the item is still on the way as they reached out to the carrier for this update. Another week passed the same reply to my follow up on delivery. After several weeks had passed, they stated that they apologize for the inconvenience and I had one of two options...receive a complimentary bag free of charge and still continue to keep the original order once it arrives or request a full refund. Well, I went for the latter and requested the free complimentary bag. Well guess what...I still have not received that item at this time as well. As I continue to follow up, they eventually said that my original order has been lost in transit and the courier can no longer locate the item. After several back and forth I asked when they will be sending me a replacement of my original order since this item was paid in full, they stated that I would have to pay another $80.00 in order for them to do so. I stated that was bs and they should eat the $80.00 for stringing me along this far. Not only that, the complimentary bag that they promised to send has still not arrived and was expected to be delivered by January 13th. When I asked for an update on that delivery, they stated the same answer as my original order...the shipment has been delayed. I find it odd that two separate shipments have the same result. My recommendation is do not buy/trust this company as you will most likely not receive your order. I have asked for a full refund from the company. Waiting for their reply.
