My partner shopped at Moti for some running shoes. So good was the service that we ended up leaving with two pairs (some for me too!). A special shout out to Seth who was so incredibly knowledgeable about his products. He guided (both of us) through all of our options and we are very pleased with our purchases.

I visited Moti in Cwmbran today for the first time and was lucky enough to be served by Dylan. What a lovely young man!
As someone new to running, I was really grateful for the knowledge Dylan shared with me after assessing my running gait. He clearly knows his stuff, he was patient, attentive, and never once made me feel rushed. He took the time to listen so he could understand exactly what I was looking for.
I had originally planned just to check my gait and then purchase trainers online to try and find a better deal. However, I was so impressed with Dylan and the level of service I received that I left with a new pair of running shoes.
Dylan is a real asset to the team. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve used Moti and rugby heaven on a number of occasions. Each time found staff to be knowledgeable and very friendly with all items competitively priced. Online service is also excellent and would certainly recommend!!

I had a gait analysis done in the store, worst trainers I’ve bought in my life! £150+ down the drain. Since went to someone with far more advance technology and knowledge and he couldn’t believe the trainers I was shown and hence bought under the premise that this was good advice! Back in proper fitting shoes now.

Rip off price for the running hydration vest bought for £85 and found product else where for £35 less (not even sale price). The product was faulty and the store staff argued it wasn’t faulty. They wouldn’t give cash refunds for faulty products and would only give credit note which is against consumer rights.
I would have expected good service and quality products at fair price since Moti identify themselves as being a specialised running store. The customer service was a complete let down, I won’t shop here again!

Purchased a pair of Saucony trainers. I have two other pairs and am very happy but these were slipping and not giving me traction straight out the box. I persisted for 30km to see if this improved, it did not. I contacted Moti and they have in essence, point blank refused to collaborate. A direct quote from an email (when they reply!) "the issue you're referring to isn't a manufacturing fault as they do not claim the outer sole to offer 100% grip when wearing the shoes". Which I will leave you to make up your own assumption on that statement. They have ignored consumer rights legislation as I sent this within 14 days of delivery and are now ignoring me. I would suggest avoiding this company as the care and customer service is extremely poor. Once they have your money, thats it. I am escalating this further and will look at legal options. Avoid!

After just five weeks of light use, my Asics trainers developed noticeable wear in the upper mesh around the big toe area. I returned them to the shop to submit a warranty claim, but after more than three months of back-and-forth communication and repeatedly having to chase for updates, Moti refused to escalate the issue to Asics.
They claimed the damage was due to “overuse” based solely on photos sent to their operations manager, which I strongly disagree with. The entire process was frustrating, with poor communication and a lack of accountability throughout.
Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing — unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to support their customers. I will not be purchasing from Moti again and will instead take my business to other reputable and helpful running stores in Bristol.

Online order for Brooks shoes that I'd purchased previously, so I knew that they would fit. Easy to navigate website and quick delivery.

Served by very helpful young girl. Paid £30 for gait analysis to find the correct trainers for my feet. Tried multiple pairs on the ONLY pair that were suitable were in a colour I did not like. There were limited amount of sizes available due to a sale. I ended up with no trainers, £30 down and with no idea what the analysis meant so no data to take away from the analysis a total waste of £30 for the use of a running machine for less than 5 minutes. I was told I can use the £30 against a pair I buy in the future but I need trainers now

Very good service from the team. Third time I’ve had shoes from here and they are always happy to help with good contacts when it’s needed. The free gifts were excellent and will definitely get used. Many thanks to the team. Love them.

Had to return my original order, as the trainers were too snug, even though they were my normal size. The item was exchanged for the next size up with no hassle and I was kept up to date every step of the way. First class customer service.

We're all a bit wary of buying online, but my experience of buying through moti running was exceptional.
I'd been looking for a very specific pair of running shoes in various sports outlets, S Dir, JD for example without luck, I'd tried calling numerous of their stores, no answer from any of them!!
Having found moti whilst searching on line, they had the ASICS novablast 5 green I wanted in stock and could, for a £10 fee, guaranteed next day delivery. I phoned them, they answered, I confirmed the stock, explained it was crucial I received the shoes the following day, as I was leaving the country that evening and wanted to take the shoes with me, they were honest and said they couldn't absolutely guarantee delivery, because having passed the shoes to the post office, it was somewhat out of their hands, but that they offered, as standard, a 30 day money back guarantee which alleviated any fears I might have should they not arrive on time, they also stated that they personally hand deliver all on line purchases to the post office daily.
Moti were offering a 10% discount on the shoes meaning even having paid the courier fee, the cost was still cheaper than other outlets, the purchase also included a free running cap and sun glasses. Having ordered in the morning, I received a phone call in the afternoon, a very apologetic chap, (the same guy I'd spoken to earlier), (my apologies for not getting your name, but I think you were in the Bristol branch), was calling to apologies they couldn't send the white hat I'd ordered as they'd run out, but would a blue one be ok?? Great service.
My shoes arrived about 11.30 the following day, blue hat and sunnies too.
I will definitely be buying my next trainers from Moti running, their service from start to finish was exceptional. Thanks very much.

Honestly I’ve never heard of this shop before so I was a bit hesitant to purchase such an expensive pair of shoes. But i’m glad everything went well and smoothly: they got delivered quickly and safely packed. And the 10% discount on top was obviously welcome.

First time using Moti Running and had an excellent experience! Picked up a pair of trainers that were difficult to obtain elsewhere; arrived quickly; and great communication.

Excellent Customer Service from the team at Moti. Purchased a child’s tri wetsuit which had some minor damage. Great communication, easy return and quick replacement. Wetsuit was also priced very competitively. Will definitely consider Moti for future purchases.
