The products taste good and actually I feel that they gave me a bit more energy. It's been a month that I am using them

Ordered several of their products. The morning after I started taking them, my face was puffy and swollen. I contacted them to get a refund for products since on their website they say they offer returns and refunds even for opened products, but they would not refund me and were quite rude.

Ordered Obvi burn from reading social media reviews, Ordered, while order was in process I have stumble upon Trustpilot reviews, this was totally different from the once I have read on social media, so I requested to cancel. Was told that product now on the way and I have to wait for it to arrive , the contact them again request to return. I did as advised, unopened product wanted return. Emailed customer service, 3 days later received email with phone number to call to request refund. Need to be mentioned phone number International. I couldt get through on this number. Emailed they customer service again , Now to receive email to say because order international it CANT BE RETUTNED. please bear this in mind when ordering. What a scam. Paid 45 pounds , product in the bin. Poor communication. What a scam. Read reviews here before ordering.

I’ve been taking the pills for about a month now. Honestly, I can’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference yet. Maybe a small boost in energy and less snacking, but nothing major. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach, which I appreciate. I just wish the results were a bit more noticeable for the price. I might try one more bottle to see if it kicks in, but so far it’s been pretty average.

I ordered a 3 month supply with the guarantee that if it did not do as promised I would be able to return for a full refund. I’ve contacted them so many times but each person has less sense than the next… they can’t understand that their website clearly says I can call them between 9am -6pm EST M-F. They also do not accept return requests via email. I have plenty of screenshots of this. Once they trap you into buying they say you must call between 11am-3pm EST. I called at 3:30pm and no answer. I call at 9:30AM no answer. I contacted the BBB and found out they not only have an F but they do not respond to complaints. I am now contacting the attorney general. I do not have access to a phone to sit on hold for these people to decide if they’d like to answer a phone. They’re rude & cannot even decipher what their own website shows. I’m warning everyone to avoid these scam artists!!

I would love to review this product, however the order I placed on 8/30/2025 has never been shipped. I was told that they ran out of product. On 09/11/2025 a shipping label was created so they couldn't/wouldn't refund my money. 09/17/2025 I talked to some who assured me my order would leave warehouse within 24 hours. Today I totally lost it when someone finally called me back. I was told today they DON'T have the product and when I demanded my money back, she said unfortunately they couldn't refund because label has been printed. I demanded to speak with someone else and she hung up on me, I'm fed up with the lines..

Accidentally ordered too much and immediately requested order be fixed prior to shipping. Customer service refused. Once I received order and tried for 60 days I saw no results. Using elite burn I can actually go to sleep rather than get energy. Not at all satisfied.

I got this because was struggling with more weight recently. I've been taking it for 3 weeks and I can see some results, few pounds down and more energy every day. It's a good complementary to workouts - I noticed it accelerated results a bit. Hope to see more in the coming weeks.

Terrible experience with this AWFUL company. Now I'm concerned I will never get the refund as promised based on other reviews. The product gave me headaches. And they charge a 20% restocking fee. What??? How stupid is that? Their supposed "guarantee" is no guarantee at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Total trash product and customer service.

Do not trust their return/refund process. I called them after no results with my 90 day supply. They sent another 90 day supply of a different product but did not tell me the refund process was different with an exchange of product. Called when a few weeks left of the product to inform no results and would like a refund. Was told I had to call them before the 6 week mark for refund. Asked them to listen to the recorded conversation when I called previously since they record the conversations so they can hear the representative did not provide that information. They refused to listen to me and my request.

I have been waiting for almost a month for my refund and I live in the states. I have been communicating with customer service but now no longer receive any return responses.
Greatly disappointed. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They make it very difficult.

I’ve been using Obvi Burn Elite for 6 weeks now, and unfortunately, I haven't seen the results I was hoping for. I lost 1 kg in the first week, but after that, there was no further progress, and I’ve even gained that 1 kg back.
Before anyone suggests it, I want to clarify that I follow a balanced diet and maintain a regular exercise routine. I decided to try this product after 18 months of consistent effort with little to no results, hoping it might provide that extra boost.
When the product arrived, two of the bottles were warm to hot, which left me wondering if the capsules were compromised in some way, possibly affecting their effectiveness. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the product did not work as advertised.
Also, a major issue I had was with their refund policy. If you're outside the US, be aware that they don’t honor the money-back guarantee unless you’re in the US. This is buried in the fine print, which I found incredibly frustrating and misleading, given their widespread claims of a money-back guarantee.
Overall, I do not recommend this product. It turned out to be a waste of money for me, and I feel misled by both the product and their refund policy.

It's been almost over a month since I ordered my obvi burn elite and I still haven't received it yet they keep saying it's in route but it's not I have already paid for it and still haven't received it yet I guess that's money for them and nothing for me I would not recommend any one buying form them they will take your money and not send your purchase
