Rosa was Amazing!

Rosa was great. We started in the online chat and then went back and forth with email. She was wonderful with updating our company information. It is service like this that makes us come back again and again.

The customer service was 5 star but the…

The customer service was 5 star but the product was bad. Several pens came with missing parts. There was parts of the pens laying in the bottom the box. Some pens we had to put together other we couldn’t use because of missing parts. I’ve ordered from Myron on a yearly basis for many years and never received a bad product until this order
