I have already received £25 in my PayPal account for doing a few surveys a day. If you’re willing to spend 10/15 mins a day doing a couple of surveys then it’s worth the money. The money will go into your account around 5 days later. I’ve only been doing it a week, it’s nice getting paid for being on my phone when I’d just be browsing anyway! Yes a few of the surveys don’t work and yes a few of them only want certain people to participate, but on the whole it’s a bit of extra income!

I joined MySurvey to fill a bit of time, regularly receiving emails inviting me to take part in surveys...until recently!
When I try to log in, my account states inactive, please contact us?
Convenient I'd say when you have accumulated points which are ready to cash out!
Don't expect a reply to your messages either, you won't receive one and the most probable reason for that is, your email address is blocked!
A quick Google search will soon confirm this is a regular occurrence with members being blocked from their website and mostly those who are due a payment...don't let them scam you!

very poor experience, site often not available for extended periods, or an error occurs when completing surveys. seems like they have little idea about what causes these issues as they are ongoing. responses to problems are very, very slow and just seem like they have been copied and pasted. currently still waiting for and issue from June 2018 to be resolved - takes approx. 2 weeks to get a reply from the site and each time they mark the problem as solved when it is not. keep telling me to wait 7-10 days as some surveys don't credit immediately - the fact this issue relates back 4 months doesn't seem to register.

My account got hacked and they refused to answer my emails and letters they still owe me money

Inscrit sur ce site depuis plusieurs années, j'observe une nette dégradation ces derniers temps, impossible de créditer les points alors que l'on a passé des dizaines de minutes à répondre à des questionnaires plus ou moins pertinents, impossible de se connecter pendant plusieurs heures voire plusieurs jours…..et cerise sur le gâteau il y a un mois, mon compte est considéré inactif alors que j'avais rempli une enquête la veille…..et que j'avais plus de 1000 points qui semblent donc définitivement perdus ! Bien entendu, pas la moindre réponse à mes nombreux mails. En conclusion, si vous voulez perdre du temps, c'est le site idéal !

Trustpilot sollte unbedingt NULL_bis MINUS-Stern-Bewertung einführen, als eindringliche Warnung, sich Unternehmen anzuvertrauen.

Auch ich komme zu dem Schluß, dass mySurvey ein Betrugsportal ist, gewissermaßen werde ich hier an die Ponzi-systeme im internet erinnert. Wer ein help-center einrichtet, hat sich von der Ehrichkeit und Seriösität verabschiedet. Dort wird jede Anfrage einfach in die Tonne geschmissen!
Ich bin seit ca 1 Jhr als Umfrage-Teilnehmer registriert. bis etwa Sept d. J. konnte ich Punkte-Gutschriften vermerken, diese wurden auch entsprechend den Bedingungen überwiesen. Aber auf die letzte Punktegutschrift an mein paypal-konto warte ich seit dem 25.9., erhalte irgendwelche nachrichten von... LTD (ist wer?) auf englisch, mit denen ich nichts anfangen kann.Seitdem werden auch keine Umfrage-vergütungen mehr erteilt. Auf meine x anfragen erhilet ich bislang eine Antwort,nämlich, dass MySurvey den Vergütungen nichts zu tun hat, -da schau her! ,--sondern nur im Auftrag von den Partner-Unternehmen... handelt.
Danke sehr! Aber MySurvey selber kassiert mit Sicherheit ab! Gibt Daten weiter...
Die Masche mit den Losen war für mich von Anbeginn unglaubwürdig.
Wer sich abmeldet, hat damit auch seinen ausstehenden Lohn gänzlich verschenkt.
ich beantworte keine Fragen mehr, sondern kann nur noch den Help-center-container befüllen...
FINGER WEG von diesem Ponzi-system...

Pochissimi sondaggi e spesso non arrivano le email che c'è un sondaggio disponibile. Addirittura a volte trovi i sondaggi da fare sul tuo profilo ma non appena entri, scompaiono.
Non ci contate. Fatelo solo a tempo perso.

Non è un sito serio ...sondaggi mai ..in poche parole fanno iscrivere la gente facendogli compilare un sacco di questionari su abitudini,famiglia addirittura chiedono quanto prendi di stipendio ...
Insomma signori ,questa gente non ha un sito di sondaggi,FA i sondaggi su chi si iscrive...che e ben diverso .
PS non mi fa nemmeno cancellare dal sito..state alla larga

Diese Firma betrügt!!! Ich kann mich da nur anschließen, was andere hier schreiben. Antworten werden erst wenn überhaupt, Wochen später beantwortet, Umfragen oft nicht gezählt und von Gutscheinen die nicht geliefert werden ganz zu schweigen. Man kann nichts weiter machen als den Leuten abraten, denn diese Firma würfelt wohl aus, wem sie mal einen Gutschein zukommen lässt, um nicht ganz blöde dazustehen. Also besser Finger weg!!! Da gibt es wirkliche seriösere Portale. Zuletzt noch erwähnt, das die Firma dann auch noch Schreiben rausschickt, wie man sie denn so findet :-)

Useless. They deactivated my account for no reason and refuse to respond to any emails, they are just conning the companies that pay them to carry out the surveys.

inscrite sur ce site depuis des années, et tout fonctionnait bien, malgrès de nombreux bugs, on reponds aux sondages puis apres points non credités....mais le pire c est que depuis plusieurs semaine mon compte, quand je me connecte est indiquer inactif, alors que j avais 477 points , et que j avais remplis durant 7 jours un journal sur ma routine de beauté ainsi qu une autre enquete rapportant 50 points donc au total je devrais avoir 1237 points, ja i beau envoyer des mails demandant , pour quelle raison mon compte est indiquer inactif????? aucune reponses silence radio, je trouve ca pitoyable d agir de la sorte, de ne pas tenir informer, je ne recommande pas du tout ce site!!!! fuyez car malgrès tout ils envoient des mails pour s inscrire sur le site, une grosse blague!!!!! si au moins ils nous tenait au courant!!!

POURQUOI annoncerce titre, car je me suis inscrit et j ai remarqué qu après plusieurs enquêtes JE N ETAIS PAS RETENU!!! Bravo, voilà au
moins 5 fois que je demande à ne plus recevoir leurs mails d enquêtes. Mais cela ne sert à rien et je receptionne plusieurs enquêtes par jour! Pour se résumer n allez pas sur ce site vous n aurez rien à y gagner si non que de la perte de temps et de surcroît SANS ECOUTE ET RESPECT , ce site est destinataire de ce message.

Ich habe im Frühjahr bei my survey gestartet und anfangs auch keine Probleme gehabt, irgendwann war die Seite ewig nicht erreichbar, dann wieder erreichbar und die Punkte die einem versprochen wurden wegen nicht Erreichbarkeit nie gutgeschrieben, dennoch konnte ich mir im August 30€ PayPal auszahlen lassen hat auch geklappt, dannach hab ich noch vielleicht 4 Umfragen machen können, seitdem bekomme ich weder Einladungen noch Umfragen auf der Seite. Habe nun noch einen 5€ Amazon Gutschein eingelöst von den letzten Punkten und wenn dieser da ist, werde ich den Account löschen. Unmöglicher Verein

Absolute crap.
Registered ages ago but never got any invites.
Then they deactivated my account and when asked why they said is was massive fraudulent use by myself, bearing in mind I’ve not even been using it!
SCAM can see other reviews where they have told others the same, stick to better survey sites and let this useless one go into the ground.

This is really a scam.
I had many issues with them, but the most frustrating is when they sent me a survey for over £1 and that took me over 25mins; just at the end, they decide there is a bug. I sent multiple emails and tickets to them, but no one cared to even acknowledge me. Then when I decide to unsubscribe, they answer to many of my emails and ticket.
Keep away from these people

Nous arrivons à la fin des enquêtes pour voir le site "hs" au moment de la validation. Pas de point attribué : vous n'êtes pas ........
Le gagnant dans l'affaire c'est My survey puisqu'ils ont notre opinion et nous les dindons de la farce. Pourquoi ne pas dénoncer de telles pratiques et à chercher des recours face à celà ?

Wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't for the appalling continuous technical errors that have overcome MySurvey in recent months. The most common is a blank screen saying 'the service is unavailable' at seemingly random intervals - another will be 'your session has expired' right after completing a survey meaning you don't get any points.

As I type there are 4 surveys showing in my account, all saying one way or another I have completed, but due to one of the errors I know I won't get any points for them. Example:

Thank you for your interest but it seems you have already finished this survey.
ERROR: SE-04 Variable 'i' already completed with value '10041174297' for list='0'

It's a shame as they used to be one of the better survey sites
