This course has been incredibly valuable to me. Not only does it provide clear frameworks, but it also helps you think more deeply about your children or child, understand their needs, and respond to their questions in a calm, supportive and thoughtful way. The guidance on how to communicate with children, as well as how to approach conversations with professionals, has been genuinely invaluable. The activities really encourage you to reflect on your children as individuals and to better understand what they may be experiencing. For anyone going through a divorce or separation, I would highly recommend this course. Finding Hannah and this programme has changed my entire perspective on how positive my Son's life can look in the future. At the very worst time in my life I placed all of my trust in Hannahs hands and it was the best risk I've ever taken. During the calls there are Dads who are great guys experiencing varying difficulties but all of your worries are addressed individually whilst within a collective, allowing you to learn how to deal with a myriad of scenarios. If you're willing to ask the hardest questions to find the hardest answers then it'll be worth every second of your time because you'll walk the road and be spported every step of the way with someone who has lived the fears and genuinely cares. It's been a priveledge and a blessing to have been a part of it all and I'll never take for granted how it's going to change my Son's life.... massive thank you ❤️

I can’t recommend My Thriving Child highly enough, Hannah and her team are not just delivering incredible content but also engaging with everyone on a personal level mirroring the framework back to everyone’s individual unique life situation as parent and children with kindness and empathy. The investment in the course, in doing the work on yourself and it will need you be open and honest with yourself to help your children cannot be overstated. The content is very powerful and is easy to understand for adults and explain to your children. It isn’t just valuable to get your child and you as a parent to thrive as a relationship but it is equally applicable for adults to understand yourself and all relationships you have or may have in the future. The course in my Dads group ended up creating a support network for each other sharing in each others struggles and breakthroughs along with the bonus of different perspectives. The course has been a positive foundation out of the pain of divorce and separation that a new life can be built upon. She won’t do the work for you and it’s a journey but this course will help create a vision and destination for you and your children. Keep changing lives Hannah. We got this!

The brand represents the empowerment of children to thrive, but I found that the coaching was equally beneficial for me as a parent as it was for my child. I’ve adopted the tools shared throughout the course, and they’ve genuinely helped me build a deeper understanding and a healthier relationship with my child. I’m so grateful.

Hannah is not only knowledgeable but also very empathetic, and both qualities shone through in the delivery of this course. I attended a group course with 5 others over a 6 week period, and Hannah made sure that each attendee's particular situation was adequately addressed. There was a 'masterclass' with new concepts and techniques introduced, and then a 'nurture class', where attendees could bring up and discuss any issues they were dealing with. In addition, a website with additional resources (recorded videos, articles, etc.) was at our disposal. Hannah not only understands the scientific basis of the concepts, but importantly, how to apply these in a myriad of practical situations, as well as possible pitfalls and barriers. Over the 6 weeks, I could already start seeing results from what we were learning. Whilst I initially thought the course was a bit too expensive, I am glad I took the plunge.

I am honoured to write in support of Hannah and her team. I was fortunate to be a male client taken on with the understanding that i received 1-2-1 sessions in lieu of the community support. I also have full access to the materials and direct Whatsapp support from Hannah.

For me, this was a large amount to initially pay for during a particularly difficult time but I was sold on the impact, reviews, and free seminar. I took out a loan and paid in instalments through the duration of my journey through the course (approx. 14 sessions from December 2025-March 2026). A bit of a gamble?

I haven't spent time and money so profitably before. This has been a profoundly lifechanging course for myself - and by knock on effect, my son. Invaluable. Inspirational. A game changer that is beyond financial measure.

I cannot recommend it more highly and poignantly - especially for anyone reading reviews and making choices. If you are reading this - then the course is for you. If you are considering My Thriving Child then this programme is for you and you will not regret your spend whether you are a mother or a father; and whatever stage of separation you are at (pre-, mid-, post-). The only regret is to not come across it and to start earlier.

Not only have I benefitted immensely from the modules, discussions, validation, support, suggestions, range of options, advice, humour, so to has my young son "C". I have learned how to support him as well as myself; to juggle the right balls and problems and to cut through to concentrate on the priority tasks and issues. I have developed a skillset of "parenting with intentionality": this has led to a far closer, supportive father-son relationship and my feelings for an optimistic future for him (and myself) despite some hard times ahead.

I found Hannah, and her course My Thriving Child, on Instagram and first connected with her through a short 1:1 Zoom chat to see if the course would be the right fit for me. At the time, I was really struggling with how to connect with my children (who are 9 and 14) and how to talk to them about our separation. It was something I found incredibly difficult and emotionally challenging. I realised I was struggling to communicate with them and to hold space for their feelings and emotions.

From the very first contact, Hannah has been patient, kind, understanding, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. Saying the course was life-changing may sound like a cliché, but for me it honestly has been. Not only have I learned how to communicate more effectively and hold space for my children, I’ve also learned that the way I show up and care for my own emotions and needs positively benefits the children too.

For a long time that felt selfish to me — I thought pouring everything into my children was the answer. But I’ve learned the importance of giving to myself as well.

The course itself is easy to navigate, with weekly lives and support calls. Each session introduced new tools and exercises that were practical and easy to implement, and I was able to adapt them for the different ages of my children.

I feel like a more confident, wiser and happier mum — and person — because of the journey I chose to go on with Hannah. I would highly recommend this course to any mum needing support through separation or divorce, both for herself and for her children.

Going through a separation is the hardest thing and having Hannah’s support and championing during this time made things so much lighter. I met other mums going through similar challenges to me but everyone had their own story and everyone was supported wholeheartedly. The modules are easy to navigate and there are so many excellent resources for relational parenting during a difficult transition. My kids and I now have a toolbox of different strategies to help us navigate the challenging scenarios as they come up.

Hannahs course gives practical advice for you and your children. I came out armed with tools to talk to my children about our situation. The weekly check ins are really useful. I would recommend as its helped me through a challenging time.

I've purchased Hannah's Help your Child Thrive Through Divorce programme and have been Hannah 1:1 since completing the programme. Her warm and understanding but also practical and straight to the point has helped me through some very dark times. I've changed three therapists since my marriage started breaking down and have found that Hannah aligns with the outcomes I expect from therapy best. She offers logical and psychological explanations which make sense and feel comforting. I would highly recommend Hannah for anyone going through a tough time with divorce and especially when children are involved.

Hannah and her program have been invaluable in helping me and my child through this incredibly challenging time. She is an amazing therapist who sees through what you’re saying to what you really need. Her resources have helped me to feel more in control and have structure around how to actually help my child not only survive but thrive. The monthly calls have been incredibly helpful too, in the advice and help Hannah has given but also hearing other mothers stories. I would recommend Hannah’s programme to all parents, not just ones going through divorce! She is amazing.

The course and subsequent support from Hannah has really been so important during this really hard time. I do feel it’s already made a huge difference to how my girls are coping with things and will have a massive impact on the future. I feel more confident that I am doing things in the right way and that in turn reduces my anxiety about things. I hesitated at spending the money but it honestly is worth so much more than that if it helps my girls get through this.
The community is really supportive and I will be referring back to coaching calls in the months ahead.

Hannah is one of the most emotionally intelligent, knowledgeable and compassionate people I know. Her program is an extension of all those things. Hannah not only gives helpful and quickly applicable tips for communicating with your children, but also uses exercises which help you to delve deeper into to your relationship with them, yourself, and others. I’ve really made a lot of progress with this programme and let go of a lot of guilt. I’d highly recommend it!
