Returns experience is a nightmare. Impossible to arrange a collection and the drop off point refused to accept the parcel as it was too large. They also refuse to escalate complaints. Special shout out to Jose and Gemma, who were particularly unhelpful. Still haven't been able to arrange the return....

Awful experience. Ive bought from the website before, attracted by free delivery and free returns and Ive been happy with goods generally. Had to return an item as it was too small (despite buying same size as all previous orders). Still waiting for acknowledgement they have recieved it 4 weeks on. I have Yodel tracking number so know it arrived. No email contact address available, nobody answers the phone. You have to submit a website enquiry that always provides an automated response and you cant get any further. Wouldnt buy from them again if you paid me

Missing package unable to process order 4 weeks ago told i would get a refund, called again today chasing and been told have system issues and unable to process refund its giving stealing your money!!!!!
Surely this needs reporting now. wish i never ordered from them

I echo the reviews of others. Returned footwear 3 weeks ago and no acknowledgement of receipt despite repeated emails. This is a joke of company. As others have suggested I will be progressing via raising as fraudulent action. Do not order anything from them. The worst customer service I have ever experienced

Customer Service is a disgrace.i have attempted to contact them by phone several times,but I just get left on hold for more than 5 minutes each time.i have also tried to contact them by email but all as I get is an automated reply saying someone will be in touch.this never happens.what do I have to do to get through to them.

Returns system is shocking
Wish I'd read all the reviews before ordering, no indication of returns and no response or number to call. Clothes were low quality too tbf.

After taking 31 days to refund the first item I returned, they offered to 'compensate' me by selling a Bering Duffle bag at discount - for a specific holiday trip. The bag is nowhere to be seen after 8 days again, not even in the UK yet - they 'promise' 5-7 day delivery remember. In short it will not now arrive on time, so is useless. Yodel have no idea where it is, Napapijri Customer Services ignorantly no longer answer their emails, so I'm out of pocket even more money, by way of 'compensation', for absolutely no goods this time! WHY did i trust them again??? AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE MPOX!

Refund process is a complete joke! Now beyond 30 days since they took money for goods that were promptly returned and no sight of a refund! Customer Services are a complete farce. You will never be given details of how to have dialogue with Customer Complaints - I suspect they don't exist! Flippant arrogant, ignorant staff attitudes! Avoid this firm at all costs!

Haven’t even received a coat I bought yet been a week and 2 days doubt it’s turning up don’t even bother I’ll try customer service but yodel say it hasn’t even been received for delivered

I ordered on sale for the whole family - as we had a trip to Iceland and all products were fab from shoes to coats … placed an another order already - delivery took 1 week as came from Europe - not bad at all !

Trainers hardly worn as suede and did not wear in winter then noticed the sole on one has split twice. I really like the look of the trainers and comfort but have hardly worn them and sole is no good now with no real wear on it just splits. Has put me off further purchases.

Orderd a hat from them, it never arrived, apparently ’yodel’ Delivered it to the wrong address, when I complained to napapajiri they said they might consider a refund, but it will take some time to make a Decision, so I told them to stick it up there ass, and forget it!!!!…
Absolutely shocking customer care from them!… AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Bonjour , alors comment dire ...je me questionne sur l'existence de ces chaussures ! Je pense que la marque est très forte en communication mais pas en qualité de produit. Je pense que c'est les pires chaussure que je n'ai jamais eu. Résistante a l'eau , pas du tout ! Si vous vous n'avez pas les pieds trempés par l'eau vous l'aurez par votre transpiration , ces chaussures contrairement a l'argumentation ne respirent pas du tout ,vos pieds suffoquent et baignent dans leur transpiration . C'est la première fois que j'ai des ampoules aux pieds également , il n'y a aucun maintien du pied, ça glisse d'avant en arrière et le talon même en serrant les lacets a fond décolle! Enfin bref marque de chaussure a fuir , vous seriez bien avisé pour quelques euros de plus ou de moins d'aller voir la concurrence .

Acquisto spesso sul sito ufficiale, ottimi prodotti, spesso ci sono offerte, resi facili. dovrebbero solo migliorare alcune specifiche di vestibilità.

Still waiting on a T-Shirt that allegedly had attempted delivery. I was waiting in for it and there was no attempt despite giving my details to Yodel on numerous occasions to correct an “error”.
Been in touch with customer service multiple times and still with no confirmation that they’re actually going to send the item.
I don’t even know why I’m leaving a review because this won’t get a response either. 👎🏻

Please don't buy this brand! Bought for a Christmas present and already looking shabby. The lining is coming out of the sleeves and the lettering is peeling off! We've lost an 'I' completely. Total waste of £125 . I'd never buy this brand again or recommend to anyone .

Wie soooo viele andere Kunden, kann ich nur bestätigen dass es leider ein Fehler war bei Napapijri on-line zu shoppen. Kaufte eine Pullover und nach etwa 2 Wochen war der Pullover kaputt wegen schlechten Material. Sofort returniert und erhielt Bestätigung dass eine Rückvergütung innerhalb eine Woche geschehen würde. Warte jetzt seit über einen Monat darauf und Customer Care (wohl auch Support) reagiert nicht mehr auf meine Anfragen.

Deswegen - nie nie wieder anfassen und gleichzeitig der Ratschlag an andere : Nichts hier einkaufen, sucht euch etwas anderes.

Absolutely shocking, slippers ripped inside a month. Apparently it’s wear and tear no returns or exchange. I purchased from you for quality. I could get slippers from a range of cheap shops or online retailers which would last longer. Disgusting
