It’s a pleasure to do business with Natural skincare emporium

This was a bit of a joke of an experience. I ordered something to be shipped to the UK, received a cold email informing me that my order was cancelled and I would need to pay extra postage and, I answered that I am very happy to pay the extra for the postage, and received no reply. Send 3 more emails asking for the order I desperately need, begging even, no reply.

Love all the Lavera products in particular, it's brilliant to have such a gorgeous vegan and cruelty free range for skincare and make-up.
Delivery is always prompt and the personal touch of a hand written Go raibh mile card is so cute !

I ordered the monthly subscription surprise box. Its fantastic. Lots and lots of items and great brands. Exciting to get it coming through every month. I love it

Ordered 3 month subscription beauty box for my sister. Rang up for advice and got talking to a very nice girl who said she would do me up a box that evening and get it in the post so the 1st would arrive on her Birthday!!! Very happy with products and service 😊

Keept me informed about my order from the time I placed it to it being delivered. I ordered 4 items. Three were available.
