Wonderful experience buying our sofa today. Good range showroom, knowledgeable staff who give advice and commentary when wanted but also politely give space when I wanted to think through my options.

Spacious, bright and modern showroom with a chilled atmosphere. Free parking outside showroom. Will who looked after us. was very knowledgeable and relaxed. Couldnt fault his customer service. Mattew the store manager was also a lovely guy.

Shez at Wednesbury explained all the options regarding style and colour as well as the grades of leather and styles , then sorting out costs before advising on care and warranty .

Keith who dealt with was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable as we went over the various options available. We are delighted with the outcome, would definitely recommend the Uddingston store and Keith, an excellent service.

We stumbled on Natuzzi by accident but were very pleased that we did. We were received by Liam at the Uddingston store who made us feel at ease. I bought couch, live seat and chair! Day 1 beautiful! Day 4 leather sagging, ditching falling apart! 2 ok later had a service tech come! No calls I had to call to get update! Supposedly ordered parts! Would never spend that kind of money on natuzzi again! I understand things happen! But no communication! Should have need replaced after th small fortune spent!!!
