Na’vi are my favourite company for high quality health products. I trust their processes and products over anyone else I’ve tried and I love everything I’ve tried from them. Their ghee is the best I’ve tasted hands down.

Great quality pearl powder for the best price I could find.

I have purchased few products from Na'vi Organics and very pleased with. Honey is amazing and I know so as I grew up with organic honey/food and therefore recognise a good quality one. The miso paste I bought it is excellent; gives the soup a lovely taste and can see how the quality is different from other brands I purchased in the past (in terms of texture and taste) + will last for a while (generous size).

It's my first time buying from this company. Never heard of them before but thought I'd give the product that I was interested in a try and the product arrived on time. It would be the first time using this product and I do like it. I noticed skin issues healing AND my hair growing more than before. I also noticed being more energetic and not being tired. It is very good.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Navi basically told me it was my problem and that it was up to me to retrieve my order when I asked them to send a replacement.

I have been using the products for a while now and always find the products to be of very good quality and the customer service is great.

Most competitively priced that I can find for organic nuts and seeds. You do get the odd bit of shell occasionally in the walnuts but overall the best company to stock these products if you are looking for the cheapest option with good quality & taste

Browing website is an ejoyable experience giving informative descriptions of intresting products. My order arrived promptly and seamlessly and all the items were packed well and of a high quality

I have ordered a couple of products from Navi Organics and each time and was pleased with the quality. The products are pricey but I haven’t been able to find another website which offers the same products.

Na'Vi Organics is a very trustworthy company and it is very obvious that their number one priority is the delivery of high quality holistic wellness. Delivery was fast and I was provided with a tracking number that worked perfectly. The product itself (pearl powder) is of high quality it is very obvious. Thank you, I am definitely a new customer!

The main reason however is the products! The Wild Desert Cistanche is a great product. Easy to use, with no obvious side effects. I’ve been using it for a while now, providing a welcomed boost where needed!

I have been purchasing Na'vi Gynostemma Tea either from Amazon or directly from Na'vi for over 3 years - approximately 20 bags. It's an excellent product and I have never experienced any deviation or variation in either depth of flavour, colour or taste. However, the last bag that I bought clearly had something wrong with it. It was devoid of any colour, flavour or taste and one has to assume any therapeutic benefits. When I contacted customer service for what I thought would be a no-quibble refund or exchange, I was told that over the last few years climate change has affected the quality. As I said, that has not been my experience over the last 3 years plus. Without checking the tea, customer service insisted there was nothing wrong with the tea. That it was just milder. I'm not sure how they could ascertain this since they did not test the tea. I wrote back to make this point. I then got another email from a second person, who reiterated the points above and added that surely it would be immoral and unfair to refuse to not buy the tea from the producers, just because 'it was slightly milder than usual', which of course was a 'dig' at my moral character. Na'vi CS were deliberately missing my point to avoid responsibility and liability and therefore obligated to refund £12.95. Most disturbingly however, is that I left a review on Amazon where I purchased the tea and on Na'vi's website and both reviews have been deleted. This is not the first issue I have had with their customer service and although products are good quality (if very overpriced in my opinion) they are almost all 5 star reviews which I was immediately suspicious about. There is no way a company with such bad customer service and contempt for their customers would have such good reviews across the board and now I know why. Please consider carefully purchasing from this company as their policy seems to be absolutely no refunds even if the product has something wrong with it.

Clean effective and reliable
Navi Organic products feel high quality and gentle I’ve used their supplements for a few weeks now and noticed steady improvements without side effects great value for clean ingredients

I really like their products however when I asked a few product questions they were unable to assist me. It shows lack of knowledge and etiquette because I was promised that they had sent my questions over to their supplier. I contacted them in March and spoke with Francesca, I never did get a reply so unfortunately I won’t buy from here again. They seem to not value their customers.

Pure and ethical products. Reliable delivery.
I purchased the cacao drops. They are too hard core for me! However, I will make some chocolate cakes with them and add some coconut sugar. That should take away the bitterness!
