This review is of the Mooresville office. Absolutely terrible customer service. They don't know what they are doing there and won't ever get back to you if you have an issue.

15 years ago, a claim was filed after my upstairs neighbors had a plumbing leak to repair my unit. I was informed I only had $1000 coverage for the condo unit, not a $1000 deductible. 15 years later after thinking this was fixed, the same thing just happened. The adjuster did not report or photograph the mold damage, did not offer the displaced living insurance coverage nor the personal property coverage that I have. My friend after several phone calls to the adjuster and insurance office realized I had the additional coverage this time around. I am blind and deaf, so I depend on the honesty of others. This company is horrible, and I will be changing as soon as I finish remediating the damage for over $27,000 to my bathroom and closet.

I've been a customer with farm beaura for 10 years! Have replaced two roofs.same house! They did not help a dime! They know how not to pay! I've spent most my savings. 15-20thousand dollars! I'm 70 years old.veterian! Vietnam.retired fixed income! Why do I have insurance! Insurance. Farm beaura! Says no!!! Roofer says! Needs fixed! I feel took advantage off! They will not pay! Just a warning for people! Very deceiving! I paid! New roof !10.000 dollars. No more !!!!!!

I just switched all my insurance to Farm Bureau in Lexington NC. My agent Angel Martin did an extraordinary job of making the process very easy. I am saving over $1,500 per year in cost with better coverage. Angel is smart and very knowledgeable about insurance. I highly recommend Angel and Farm Bureau.
