If I could give less i would! Arrogant and uncooperative customer service. Not paying on bets when they should.

If there was 0 stars I would choose that. Not paying out a bet after I sent them 5 links from different websites with result. Not the first time it’s happened either.

Zero customer service with no ideas

Neds was a great place for betting overall when I joined during the pandemic. Any fault or complaint usually resulted in a sincere apology & reimbursement for the customer's time.

Nowadays, it has shifted in the other direction. Asking customer service about a reoccurring issue, they are more than likely to say it's not their fault but the customer's own devices that give the error or fault.

They should ask themselves: Why would a customer say that on their day off?

In this day & age where customer service highlights the difference between exceptional, average & below par, I would say Neds has lost all its advantages that it once held. All because it's staff members couldn't listen humbly to a customer & understand that it may actually be a technical fault they should investigate, no matter how rare it is in their experience. They glaze over with their responses as if the customer is trying to stir up trouble, when in fact, the customer is trying to highlight an issue that needs correcting. Sad to say the current staff members aren't what they used to be.

Neds, you have lost a valued customer. With many more to follow. All due to your arrogance in customer service. Sometimes, the customer is absolutely right & it would help to listen.

I didnt even want to give neds 1 star , If you are a degenerate gambler neds are for you ! If you are a recreational gambler or someone who has the occasional decent collect neds its not for you !!.
Its simple they will close the account if you have decent win and hide behind their ridiculous terms and conditions .

They are demanding my bank statements and proof of my income despite also having a ladbrokes account and never having a single issue
Total invasion of privacy
They're also not processing my debit transactions and accusing me of not owning my bank account despite everything being mine and only mine

ANZ advised me they are the ones blocking my payments
Cant prove I made any payments when they've rejected the payments

Getting run around by their compliance team and told me that ANZ are lying to me .... no, I think I trust my banking institution more then a wagering company

Amatuer grubs who will restrict you if you win. There should be accountability if you want to close someone's account and not even tell them why . Could a bank just do that?! Shocking prices too. No value.

I had a great experience, and just withdrew more than what I put in, so I'm surprised to see all the neg comments.

That said, I guess if I had lost money, then I would have instinctively though negative. However for me, you put your money in, you get a sign up bonus, and if you smart enough about it, you should bet wisely, and come out in front or at least break even. I am sure i could have done even better, had I not, thrown out risky plays. That said some of the sporting longshots were the ones that did the best for me.

I gues to be fair, the only downsides, is that I noticed the app is pretty slow, and would have liked features such as Dark mode, and also the ability to adjust the settings to get rid of the horse and dog beating races.

But overall great, as I was real worried about all the other bad comments, though from my own perspective, perhaps this is from abusive people, or false information added, possibly even people who aren't tech savvy.

Ohh, and one other thing, I would suggest you consider the risks on some of the betting options, and do some study... some of the table tennis events are horrible, when you watch the players, they look like Pub try-hards, so you are more or less betting on which ever guy really wants to be a serious player on the day... so frustrating to bet/and watch the stooges who seem to either throw the game, or shouldn't even be classed as anything other than a has been or weekend player.

Signed up and wanted even more requirements than any other company and wanted me to get my passport verified by the just of peace.
I gave them my Visa, passport, proof of address contacts etc and bank statements.

Opened Account at Ned’s about an hour ago, have just closed it. Deposited money, but didn’t get matched bonus bet. I used live chat, sadly a guy called Brent told me …Too Bad, you selected wrong option?? Now this guy might have been right, probably was my fault, but to reply like this to a new account holder left me speechless. Anyway, hopefully he may get more training to deal with customers, and I will stick to Sportsbet & the NZ Tab.

These are group of scammers if you win they hold your money and lock account . They hate when you win, find every way to not give your money.
I told them it’s my first time betting and I was so excited but very sad they scared my $600

Neds is the best kept secret in online betting, the 1.6 stars given over all does not nearly reflect how awesome this agency is, I have made the switch to neds and they are awesome even fixing a technical problem with the upmost understanding. Highly recommend

They take your money easy but to withdraw they make it near impossible. Dont waste your time just use the TAB. Very poor customer service and big waste of your time.

There's been a few times where I've put bets on that have won. Waited for the funds with no results. Checked my pending bets and nothing there. Looked through results and nothing there. Chatted live and was told there was a price change and I didn't accept it. This isn't true. I clicked on done and could see the pending bet accepted.
Today, had a same race multi. Put the bet on, it was accepted. I went out for 30 mins, came home, checked the bets in pending bets and I had won. Once again, it disappears. Never happened to me on sportsbet ever. Neds are a disgrace. Problem is, how do you prove a bet that's disappeared. Stay away

This has to be the biggest bunch of scammers if you win they hold your money and lock account . Trust me I’m still fighting to get my winnings only $800 but you win anything good luck getting your money . They should investigate this company
