Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all comments regarding hygiene and patient safety with the utmost seriousness. However, we were surprised by your comments as they do not reflect our standard operating procedures.

To address your specific concerns:

Sterilization: As a CQC-regulated practice, we adhere to strict decontamination protocols. All instruments undergo a rigorous sterilization process between every patient to ensure total safety.

Chair Maintenance: While we no longer use disposable plastic covers (a practice largely phased out post-pandemic in line with current environmental and clinical guidelines), we perform a full medical-grade disinfection of the dental chair and all surrounding surfaces between every single appointment.

Hygiene Standards: Our surgery is a brand-new facility, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a pristine environment.

Regarding your visit, we have searched our records and cannot find a patient registered under the name 'Sriyani.' We would very much like to investigate this further and address your concerns directly.
