Neo works great never have problems receiving or sending emails. I’ve been with them two years now great customer service help too.

We’ve been using Neo for a year now and so far it’s been good. We took advantage of the free website and even added another, and honestly that turned out great as we are able to run a .com and .net for the company on a budget. The email service is excellent, especially the opened email feature. The company is pleased to have nice services in their startup stages but we’re not leaving anytime soon.

I used NEO for a year and I loved it!
Easy to navigate user interface, you can import your gmail on there.
You get a website too when you purchase the neo mail and the site is greatly made easy to design with the help of the neo AI. Mine has a 100% SEO ranking. It’s a one page site. Hopefully, it gets improved from here.

First, as always you signup thinking it's free and two seconds later, after you have done the setup, they start charging for everything. In the end, I ended up paying the same amout that I woulve paid for a google account. And there are some many UX problems, from acessing the right email account and swithcing between account. But the one that is most outreagous is that they dont let you access the email on your phone, unless you download the app.

Using the Neo platform for the time blew my mind they have an amazing integration that helps even the simplest businesses room for growth!

I used the Neo platform as it was very simple and effortless to set up for a dedicated work email for customers to keep contact and business platforms that require a dedicated business email address. Cost was minimal and the platform was proficient on updating any changes or notifications. I recommend anyone who needs a business email address to try it out. They have other products as well so check it out you won't be disappointed.

Neo is a VERY limited use website builder. It does not have many options for anyone needing more than a super basic website. Their ridiculous 7 day refund policy for a 1 year subscription is not enough time for someone to find out they CANNOT use their platform effectively. I strongly recommend finding another service!

Here's my experience with Neo.space:

1. Paid $180 for their service
2. Account got suspended with a vague policy violation notice
3. Asked for a refund — denied
4. Their solution? Open a new account with a different email AND a different credit card

So they suspend your account, refuse to give your money back, and expect you to sign up again and pay more? How does that make any sense?

I've been going back and forth with their support trying to get my $180 refunded, and they simply won't do it. As a small business owner, this is money I paid for a service I can no longer access through no fault of my own.

Save yourself the headache and go with a more established email provider. At least if something goes wrong, you'll have a fighting chance at getting your money back.

AVOID THIS SITE. This trash and scam site just fraudulently charged me $192 without my consent.

You need to know that originally I put no funds in my debit card in its first carding attempt, so I just ignored the email of its failed attempt coz I already expressed my attitude of REJECTING its service by storing no funds in the card. Then, the day after when I transferred some funds from another bank to this debit card for paying medical bills of my grandma in the weekend, Fk it, it COMMITTED A CARDING CRIME AGAIN using my debit card and charged me $192!!!

The guy answering my email, Pranali Jadhav, is outrageously cold blooded. I already told him that the funds is for paying medical bill for my grandma and he still REJECTED to refund AFTER HIS SITE COMMITTED A CLEAR CARDING CRIME by malevolently attempting to charge people's card againa and again. For god's sake, THIS IS OBVIOUSLY BREAKING THE LAW IN ANY GODDAMN jurisdiction on planet earth and Pranali Jadhav called it "our policy".

What's more interesting? He mentioned clearly in the email himself that "refunds can only be issued if the subscription is cancelled within the first 7 days of the initial purchase". And this is only the SECOND day when I sent them email instructing them to issue a refund back to my debit card. This is a scamming, untrustworthy and unreliable platform. Avoid it at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!

A $10,000 DISASTER: THE MOST DECEPTIVE AND INCOMPETENT VENDOR IN TECH

If you are an established business owner, an elite professional, or anyone who values their reputation: STAY AWAY FROM NEO.I am the CEO of a luxury brand with high-end clientele. In just 72 hours, Neo’s sheer incompetence and pattern of deception have cost my company over $10,000 in operational damages.This isn't just a "bad app"—it is a corporate liability.

The Deception:
I sent 13 messages begging for a simple email forwarding setup. Their "support" team looked me in the eye (digitally) and LIED, claiming it was technically impossible to add more than three emails. The moment I mentioned a formal report and legal escalation? The "impossible" became possible in two seconds.They aren't limited by their tech; they are limited by a lazy, deceptive culture that refuses to work for the clients who pay them.

The "Prison-Grade" Product:
They lure you in with a "free website" that is an absolute embarrassment. It looks like it was designed in a prison cell in 1995.For a high-end company, using Neo is brand suicide. It makes a million-dollar operation look like a $3 scam.

The Customer Service Insult:
Their support is a 0/10. They are rude, dismissive, and obsessed with "closing tickets" rather than solving problems. I have spent thousands on attorneys, crews, and specialized tech support, only to have Neo sabotage my Grand Re-Opening by refusing to forward the very emails I purchased from them. They don't provide solutions; they provide manuals and excuses.

Final Verdict:
Neo is "cheap" because they are worthless. They are a parasite to growing businesses. I have spent more time fighting their "tech support" than I have running my empire.

To the Neo Management: Do not bother with a canned, automated response. You’ve ignored 13 emails; don't start pretending you care now that the truth is public.

TO ALL BUSINESS OWNERS: Run for the hills. Your time, your brand, and your bank account are not safe here.

Excellent technical support and incredible service. They have really gone a long way to automate all of the services so you don't need a lot of technical know-how. Would greatly recommend

I requested a downgrade of my email account from three users to one several days ago. I no longer need the additional users.

Since then:
• No response from support
• Downgrade has not been processed
• I cannot remove my credit card unless I add another one
• My billing date is approaching

This creates a situation where I may be charged for services I have already asked to cancel.

If the full amount is charged despite my downgrade request, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank, as I have documented proof of my request and the lack of response.

This feels like being trapped into continued billing with no proper customer support. Looks like a scam.
