The Chesham store has a high variety of products on display that allow you to browse the design and style that suits you and to confirm the quality of the products. Staff provides lots of friendly advice. Products have been delivered quicker then expected.

A good experience in the end….. bought Marina light online, and then went to Chesham to get bulb. 2 young members of staff - one didn’t know the product at all and said bulb not available - the other dark haired lady knew her products and gave me the correct bulb out of stock. Staff training required!!

Amazing staff, great store and superb quality all round

Hi bought 2 cans of point. Store person very helpful in getting them for me. I has to return a can of unused paint -
No receipt. The store person found my transaction and refunded the can of paint. All very easy either their payment system. Great stuff

Chesham Neptune is captivating - beautiful room sets you could just imagine living in, furnishings & accessories galore! The team were friendly & helpful. I attended an event which was full of useful information to help organise & declutter your home.

Katie at Neptune was incredibly patient and attentive during my shopping experience. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me make a decision without any rush. Her dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made my visit enjoyable and stress-free.

Chesham staff were excellent but when it came to delivery 4 months later (paid in full up front required!) I had to chase the order. Delivery guy didn’t phone with advance notice as promised but pleased with the chair.

One of the nicest Neptune stores with such friendly and helpful staff I only go to Chesham store as it’s my favourite and I love browsing for hours and the staff are so helpful I feel so welcome and at home. Emily the manager of the store is really lovely and welcoming it’s a beautiful store I take all my family and friends their for their Neptune experience and they absolutely love it x

The shop is amazing, the staff were very welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Staff member Katie was very helpful and made the experience all the better with a smile and great customer service. The layout was very homely with the way everything was set and it made it feel like you were at home. If you haven’t been, I would highly recommend a visit

Just a really good company with quality goods

I have been renovating and building my kitchen for 2 years, and as most people say, the kitchen is the heart of the house. Ever since I discovered Neptune kitchens many years ago, I knew I wanted one, and turning that dream into reality has been the best decision I’ve ever made. My Neptune kitchen is not just a room; it’s my favorite place in the house. It’s stunningly beautiful, practical, and incredibly functional.

The journey to perfection wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible team at Neptune. Rebecca, my designer, was simply brilliant. Throughout the numerous changes and decisions, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Her keen eye for design made every decision feel right, and her expertise gave me complete confidence in the process. James, my project manager, was instrumental in bringing everything together. He meticulously ensured that every detail was ready for the big day, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I must give special recognition to Anthony, my installer. Although hiring a Neptune installer is an investment, and my builder offered to do it for less, choosing Anthony was the best decision. If you’re considering anyone other than a Neptune installer—don’t! Anthony’s precision and perfectionism ensured that every aspect of the kitchen was installed flawlessly, down to the last millimeter. His work was worth every penny.

Thank you, Neptune, for delivering my dream kitchen. It surpasses all my expectations. Every visitor comments on its beauty and timeless elegance, and I am filled with pride every time I walk into it. This kitchen truly reflects the heart of my home, and I couldn’t be happier. Amazing store!

Neptune has a reputation of being expensive but, when you can’t find what you want anywhere else, this is the place to come. Fantastic quality, wonderful range of products and everything you need for high end home decor. When you top that off with the great staff they have this is the place to go. Katie helped us through showing brilliant knowledge of the products, good insight into colours and matching different styles and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Will definitely be back again!
