I've owned many many pans over the years but this one is by far the best, the iron just keeps getting better with age, if you do a spot season before every use heat till it begins smoking then turn down to medium and then add the oil, it rivals the best non stick, and never any teflon fumes to worry about, plus it can safely be heated up high enough to get a proper sear on a steak. Excellent

Terrible woks, used the flax oil to season the wok after it arrived several times and still food sticks to it. Was brought as a gift so I'm stuck with it but would definitely not recommend there woks. Non stick is complete lies and they don't seem fit to be sold. Eventually I think il bin the thing.

It seems like I'm the first review, we bought a wok, cooking pan and check's pan and those are such quality products. You just have to clean it right away after use and it'll last for decades!
