New City Cars レビュー

Came to Manchester to attend a concert. Had to travel back from the co op stadium to the centre of town on my own (woman 51) so pre booked a taxi to leave from a street away from the stadium so easy to get to. Pre booked the night before. They took a pending credit card payment to secure. Booked for 11pm. During the concert at 9.30pm got a text to say - no taxis available at the time needed - apologies. That was it. Left stranded. Oasis were also on that weekend so was so stressful. Absolutely disgraceful company - highly unprofessional and wholly unreliable. No regards for customer safety at all.

Absolutely awful!! **BE CAREFUL with this company** I was in a hurry to get home due to a family emergency! I was told 10mins wait when booked I called just to confirm, called 15mins later as app wasn't tracking a car, told 15 mins more, called again told told still trying to find me a car. After an hour I called new moon taxi's they turned up in 5 minutes!(also £2 cheaper for my trip) I then got a text message staying they are "don't bother booking again we're black listing your number and going to share this with other companies" I have never had a problem with a texi in my life and left feeling very upset. very scary that they can do that. I was told 10 minutes and waiting an hour of course im going to look elsewhere.
