the month long wait for my order to be delivered was surprising but, knowing that it was due to particular circumstances, i didn't care. my order was delivered when promised after i had asked about it. so that was good. and the products were packed really nicely and were great quality.

We love this company as a supplier of materials. They almost always have what we order in stock, and their quality of the goods is high and consistent.

I don’t think it was your fault. Everything was correct but the carrier delivered my goods to some erroneous address. Fortunately the picture clearly showed it was not my location and possibly not even in my block. No one on my block has a red door. I’m just very frustrated and disappointed that the carrier may be confused. I have received others packages who had the same house number one block over. I took their package to them!

High quality essential oils, accurate order filler, mostly best prices, carefully packed for shipping, arrived intact. Thank you very much! 🙏🙂😇

I placed my order on 10/21 and received an e-mail for shipping on 11/20. I understand that you have had a huge amount of sales. But it was too long to process my order.

New directions has never disappointed Me and I have purchased numerous items from them. The quality is exceptional and I will continue to use them. I highly recommend this company.

I love this companies products but the processing time of over two weeks plus shipping time on top of processing time to recieve orders is absolutely unacceptable for running a business. The customer service employees are great and very kind. I have been a long time customers and this was not the case in the past. I hope it changes because if it continues I will have to try to find alternative companies with faster processing times so my orders arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

It was quick and easy, however I tried to get in touch by phone to have a question answered and it was difficult to get in touch with anyone. Still I was able to work it out on my own.

Shipping has gotten to be ridiculously late. There’s no reason any order should take 3-6 weeks to leave the door. Price & quality of the EOs are great, but until the shipping issue can be resolved so that placing an order with New Directions doesn’t negatively affect my own business, I’m forced to shop elsewhere. Get it together, guys. People are tired of waiting.

I still haven't received my order... no tracking either. I placed this order on early October.

We placed an order 6 weeks ago -still not shipped. 4 customer service emails have gone unanswered, the phone line keeps going to voicemail and we have no way to cancel the order on our own. This company has been reputable in the past, but we likely won't ever be ordering from them again. BUYER BEWARE -they will take your money, take months to ship your product and provide absolutely NO customer service.

I have been purchasing product from New Directions Aromatics for over 10 years. I manufacture high end skin care products and high quality ingredients are a must. Recently I needed detailed help on obtaining a cosmetic jar and I received excellent and quick response from them.

I'd like to give a review of the products, but after two months, we still haven't received the order. The only thing they say with customer service is they have no resolve because they are switching POS. So, they can't even give an estimate on when it will be sent.

Terrible Service for my first time purchasing from you. I ordered 5 items October 11, 2023. Didn't hear anything for 2weeks. Called in for status and was told one item wasn't in stock, then they went back to warehouse and said it actually was in stock and would be going out next couple days. Several days went by and still nothing. Called in again...now they say 2 items are out of stock and inventory was wrong due to a new system. NOT MY FAULT! If I nevered Called in they would have never informed me and my order just sitting. After expressing my upset they promised a Full refund and would still send out in stock items complimentary for the inconvenience! In which they still have not honored as promised. Sent the remaining items but didn't give full refund as promised. Very very poor service!
