Placed an order a month ago and it is still sitting as pending. We reached customer service at the end of the first week and were told they are unsure as of why since the product is in stock but they would call me back with more information. The next week, 2 different agents told us 2 different reasonings for the reason of delay. We did not receive any call backs or updates on the matter. Week 4, we've called numerous times only to be prompted with an automated voicemail.

I placed an order by phone on 10/12 and my cc was charged. I was told I should receive my order in 2 or at the most 3 weeks. It was been 5 weeks. They do not answer the phone or accept messages. They have not replied to my email or website contact form asking about my order status.

NDA has been my go-to for all my essential oils for years. The selection is very extensive. The packaging is sturdy and well packed.

Order still has not been shipped yet and it was placed a month ago. There was not communication about delay. Had to call customer support multiple times to get an answer. Normally I have no issues. Maybe due to recent system changes. If so, please just communicate with business owners.

I can't get a response and I left a few messages on Monday, this is Thursday, and I placed my order over a month ago....

i ordered oils on Oct 4th, still have not received tracking info and customer service is non responsive.

I do not think this company is legit anymore. Takes your money delivers nothing. Do not answer any calls or emails. Beware!!

Once the order went through, shipping was fast, and all items were as promised. Great stuff at a reasonable price!

No response to questions about order and why it took a month to process. I can understand delays but would have liked at least an explanation

I placed an order on September 26, 2023 and today is November 7, 2023. I still have not received my order neither have I heard from New Directions Aromatics.No communication whatsoever from the company!
Meanwhile , my account was debited almost immediately, so they have my money and my goods.

The products themselves are great and so is customer service! The only thing I disliked is how long it took for my order to process and ship. IT TOOK 3 WHOLE WEEKS! I placed my order on October 3 and it did not arrive until October 24.

Prompt delivery, well packed. Good quality oils.

Super bad communication about delay and status due to their system change. Friendly staff when I managed to actually speak with someone. Had to cancel order and buy elsewhere after over a month of waiting. I assume you'll get it back together. My first order some time ago was great.

Ordered on October 9. Did not receive my essential oil’s for weeks. I emailed them 2x with no response!! I lost 160.00 in customer orders because it took so long for my oils to arrive. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I did not get a response.

I have been using New Directions for several years and have to depend on their great products and customer service. But an order I placed a month ago has not been processed and multiple emails and phone calls have not received a response. I have no idea if there is an issue with my order, if there are delays, if my order was lost - because they won't respond. All I know is they have my money and I have no product to sell during the busiest time of year.

I have been buying from New Directions for the last 4 years. They are the only company that I trust for bulk essential oils and bulk soaping oils for my natural body care business. I have never had any packing issues or issues with the products themselves. Truly a wonderful company to partner with. They are 100% transparent in their ingredient and source lists.

Poor/non-existant communication. Long/indefinate shipping times. 've sent e-mails, voice-mails, direct messages, etc. No response.

I understand sometimes a business can get busy/overwhelmed, but that needs to be communicated. I love the products, but I can't continue to run my business professionally if I can't rely on my supplier.

I placed an order almost a month ago that never came. I had to cancel the order. I was told that a system was being updated, which caused the delay with orders. That’s unacceptable. Customers should be made aware ahead of time to decide whether or not to order OR temporarily stop business until everything is running smoothly.
