Wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole no phone number can't talk to anyone treat there customers witg contempt no explanation as to why they refund your money even though you paid and waited 6 weeks for delivery then refund your money with no explanation

Absolutely shocking company!
I ordered some rod cups direct from the website & delivery was expected before Christmas 2022.
When tracking the item it said it was returned to supplier.
Contacted them through messenger & was told they were out of stock but would send as soon as in stock within a couple of weeks.
Contacted them again in April when I saw they were in stock & was told they would send me a set free of charge because I had all this hassle.
They never turned up & now I’m blocked from messaging them!
What a bunch of liars, not to be trusted!!!

Dreadful lazy customer service, no number to call them, representatives need training in manners and how to treat customers, no complaints department. Ebay store is an absolute joke, slow response to queries, customer services just hand the problem back to me to solve when it was a courier issue? Tried to complain but got lazy, ill mannered customer service person who refused to identify themselves, so I cannot complain about them directly.

Ordered a Bankstick organizer through Amazon. It arrived in good time and well packed. however on opening the box I found that 2 parts where missing that are listed on the box contents the parts where a hook and a tripod stand. when i contacted them they said that the tripod stand is not included and I would have to purchase one. It clearly stated on the box it is included. Having an on-going battle with them.

Brilliant service, at no point did I not know where my delivery was. Delivered in 2 days

Great bait boat, but the worst customer service ever. For days no one has responded too my emails or Facebook messenger requests for help regarding missing item. Also they have no phone line what so ever.!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with my boat is faulty and they do nothing please avoid this company there so so poor and just block me on social media

Items not received and their only response is ring the courier and sort it with them. Courier will only speak to the people they have a contract with, that’s you New Direction Tackle…. They no longer respond to any emails I send so PayPal case raised.

Order k9s bite alarms and amazon said it has been delivered iv had no items left been trying for 3 days now to get an response from new direction. Seems to me now thay have your money thay don't give a monkeys about there customers still try to sort this out but no luck. Will not be buying anything from ND any more.

After many months of emails the company finally gave me back £950 I paid for the BB

However, the company has stolen my Deeper from me and is point blank refusing to send me my property back to me. I bought an extension for their BB so I could use my Deeper which was brand new and I paid £229 for it. I had to send it back to them with their BB because it could not be detached from the extension arm I bought from them.

The extension arm has a fault and my Deeper cannot be removed from the arm. I have sent it back to them 3 months ago to get it removed, but they are refusing to send it back to me. To date, they are again ignoring me.

I bought something on Ebay. The transaction went smoothly. But the company added my email adress to their newletter without asking. Usually you just click unsubscribe when things like this happen. But not here. You cannot unsubscribe from their newsletter, no link, no button. So I wrote an email, asking to have my adress deleted. over and over again. Sometimes they reply, say they are sorry. But they won't take me of that list.

Ordered a bivvy light on eBay for delivery via Click and Collect to my local Argos. Got a message from them to say it has been delivered but it hasn't been marked as delivered on eBay so no barcode has been generated in order for me to collect it. Went to my local Argos to see if it is there and isn't. Tried contacting Customer Services via eBay, Facebook AND email. Had a response from Facebook asking me to send through eBay as they cannot see the order. No response as yet from either eBay message or email. There's no advertised phone number. You get an automated message saying their customers are important and to please be patient. IF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU TRY RESPONDING IN A TIMELY MANNER! Will not be buying from them again.

I have been waiting for the ND2 bait boat to come into stock, the team where happy to let me know the progress of when they were due back in, I purchased the Boat on the Sat and I had a text message by the Wed from Dpd and delivered the boat by Thursday, the item was well packaged and looks like a brilliant product. I can't wait to get it out on the water. Thanks for the great service

Having seen the reviews I am surprised as my experience has been excellent. One item became faulty. Sent them video of what problem is and replaced it immediately. Kit is excellent no complaints from me.

Product was fine when received but failed after a while. They sent a replacement but this didn't work. Sent the product back as requested but the Allan Hutchings who I sent it to didn't go and collect it from the post office as he missed the delivery. Now I have no bite alarms and I'm £95 out of pocket. Never buy from this company. Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with and they just don't care.

Received a faulty product. Had a terrible experience with customer service and the issue was never resolved.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Received damaged products from this company. Informed them right away with pictures and videos as well. Was informed that the return shipping cost has to be on my own expense. For an English company the emails were written with really bad English, not very clear. Apparently they have a good customer support inside the UK, outside is a different story. Don t buy of there website directly as you will find difficulties in case of warranty claims. Use Amazon or Ebay, this way you have some protection.
